िुल्क का भगु तान करना होगा और पूरे खंड का उपयोग करने वाले वाहन के पास पहले िुल्क प्लािा पर परू े िुल्क का भुगतान करने और िुल्क रसीि ऑटो डेजबट ि /जेखाकर िसू रे िल्ु क प्लािा को पार करने का जवकल्प होगा। 6. रािमाग गखण्ड पर बहुयात्राओं हते ु पास जनम्नजलजखत िरों पर िारी दकया िाएगा, अथातग ्ः सारणी - 8 िये राजि अनमु त्य एकतरफा यात्राओं की वद्यै ता अवजध अजधकतम सख्ं या एकतरफा यात्रा के जलए िुल्क का डेढ़ िो भुगतान के समय से चौबीस घंटे गुना* पचास एकल यात्राओं के जलए भगु तान भुगतान की तारीख से एक मास िुल्क की राजि का िो-जतहाई* पचास बिते दक उपयोगकताग वापसी यात्रा करते समय समान प्रवेि और जनकास िुल्क प्लािा का उपयोग करे।* 7. संबंजधत श्रेणी के वाहनों के जलए जवजनर्िगष्ट अनुज्ञेय भार से अजधक भार लिे यांजत्रक वाहन का चालक या स्ट्वामी या प्रभारी व्यजि, राष्ट्रीय रािमागग पर अजतभार लिे वाहन के प्रविे के जलए टोल संग्रहण एिेंसी को ऐसी श्रेणी के वाहनों के प्रवेि जलए, कजथत जनयमों के जनयम 1ए के अनुसार जनयम-के उप 10 अनुप्रयोज्य िुल्क के समतल्ु य िुल्क का भगु तान करने के जलए उत्तरिायी होगा और वह रािमागग खंड का प्रयोग करने के जलए तब तक हकिार नहीं होगा िब तक ऐसे यांजत्रक वाहन स े लिा अजतभार हटाया नहीं िाता। 8. सभी पररभार्ाएं इनके अनुज्ञेय ,यांजत्रक वाहनों की श्रेणी ,भारवैकजल् पक सड़क ,सर्वगस रोड ,छूट प्राप्त वाहनों की श्रेणी , इत् यादि जनयमों में जवजनर्िगष् ट पररभार्ाओं के अनुरूप होंगी। 9. उि जनयमों के जनयम 12 के अनसु ार, उपयोगकतागओं की िानकारी के जलए िल्ु क की िरों को प्रिर्िगत दकया िाएगा। .10यांजत्रक वाहनों से िुल् क की वास्ट्त जवक राजि उपयुगक्त ताजलका-1 में यथा2007 उजल्ल जखत आधार वर्-ग -के जलए प्रजत 08 दकमी िल्ु क की आधार िर के आधार पर प्रभाररत होगी और छूटों की गणना प्राजधकरण द्वारा खंड की परू ी Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 709 (E) dated 15.02.2022 issued under section 11 of the National Highways Authority of India Act, 1988 (68 of 1988), the Central Government has entrusted the stretch of NE 4C, the Expressway starting from its junction with NE 4 near Shyamsinghpura (Bandikui) connecting Khuri Khurd and terminating at its junction with[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), read with Rule 3 of the National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Rules, 2008 (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”), the Central Government, hereby levies the fee on mechanical vehicles at 125% of the rates specified in Column (2) of the Table 1 (hereinafter referred to as “ base rate”) for net road section length of 65.512 Km (Table-2) and for equivalent structure length (having length more than 60m) of 14.0412 km (having length of 1.404 km) (Table-4) on the Type of Vehicles specified in Column (1) of the Table 1 below for the use of section from Km 0.000 to km 66.916 (length 66.916 km) of National Expressway No.NE-4C in the State of Rajasthan, which is part of Expressway notified as NE-4C vide S.O. The vehicle using on a part of the section by crossing a fee plaza shall pay the specified fee for that category of the vehicle for that plaza only and the vehicle using the whole section shall have an option to pay the whole fee at the first fee plaza and cross another fee plaza by showing the fee receipt / Auto Debited. 6. The driver or owner or a person in charge of a mechanical vehicle which is loaded in excess of permissible load specified for its category, shall be liable to pay fee for entering the overloaded vehicle on the National Highway to the fee collecting agency, equal to the fee specified in sub-rule 1A of rule 10 of the said rules, and shall not be entitled to make use of the highway section unless the excess load has been removed from such mechanical vehicle. 8. All definitions including category of mechanical vehicles, its permissible load, category of exempted vehicles, service road, alterative road etc. shall be as per definitions specified in the rules. 9. The fee rates shall be displayed for information of the users in accordance with rules 12 of the said rules. 10. Based on the Base rate of fee per km for the base year 2007-08 as mentioned in Table-1 above, the actual amount of fee to be charged from the mechanical vehicles and the discounts will be calculated by the Authority on the basis of the completed length of the section and revised annually in accordance with the rule 5 of the said rules and the same shall be published in at least one newspaper, each in English and vernacular language accordingly. 11. The estimated capital cost of the project is 2723.56 Cr. The capital cost is subject to variations as the activities of land acquisition, utility shifting, tree cutting etc. are yet to be completed.
