सारणी – 7 आधार िर के अजधकतम अनमु ये सकल वाहन जलए गणु क िल्ु क भार स ेअजधक भार का प्रजतित कारक (1) (2) (3) 0% स े 20% िो >20% स े 40% चार [(जनयम 4 के उप-जनयम (2) के अंतगतग यांजत्रक वाहन की ऐसी >40% स े 60% छह श्रेणी के जलए लाग ूिल्ु क) x (गणु न कारक))] >60% स े 80% आि >80% और उससे अजधक िस 8. उक्त जनयमों के जनयम 12 के अनुसार, उपयोगकताओंग की िानकारी के जलए िल्ु क की िरों को प्रिर्िगत दकया िाएगा। 9. उपरोक्त ताजलका-1 में उजल्लजखत आधार वर्ग 2007-08 के जलए प्रजत दकलोमीटर िुल्क की आधार िर के आधार पर, प्राजधकरण द्वारा यांजत्रक वाहनों से वसूले िान े वाल े वास्ट्तजवक िुल्क और छूट की गणना की िाएगी। प्राजधकरण द्वारा इस े कंसेसनेयर के माध्यम से कम से कम एक अंग्रेिी और स्ट्िानीय भार्ा के समाचार पत्र में प्रकाजित कराया िाएगा और उसके बाि उक्त जनयम के जनयम 5 और ररयायत समझौते के प्रावधानों के अनुसार वार्र्गक रूप से संिोजधत दकया िाएगा; हालांदक, िल्ु क के जपछले संिोधन की जतजि से 6 (छह) महीन े की अवजध बीतने तक ऐसा संिोधन प्रभावी नहीं होगा। [फा. स.ं एफ़आईएनडीआईवी-16016(13)/4/2026-टीओटी/ इजन्द्वट जडवीिन/ई -264073] चेतना नंि वसंह, संयुक्त सजचव6 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 25th March, 2026 S.O. 1598(E).— Whereas by notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways [Number S.O. 78(E), dated the 04.02.1999 and S.O. 239(E), dated the 24.03.1998] issued under section 11 of the National Highway Authority of India Act, 1988 (68 of 1988), the Central Government has entrusted the stretches (Km 3.400 – km 75.000 (Vijayawada – Eluru section), Km 75.000 – km 395.870 (Vijayawada-Vishakapatnam section) and km 354.775– km 434.150 (Chilakaluripet-Vijayawada section) of National Highway Number-5 (New NH-16) in the state of Andhra Pradesh, to the National Highway Authority of India (hereinafter referred to as the “Authority”); And whereas pursuant to the provision of Section 14 of the National Highways Authority of India Act, 1988 (68 of 1988), the Authority has entered into an agreement (hereinafter referred to as said Agreement) with NHIT Western Projects Private Limited (“NHWPPL”), having its Registered Office at 325, 3rd Floor, D-21 Corporate Park, Sector 21 , Dwarka, New Delhi - 110077 (hereinafter referred to as “Concessionaire”) the successful bidder for bid submitted on 17th March 2026 for the Tolling, Operation, maintenance, and Transfer of Six lane from Gundugolanu at Existing Km 1023+496 to Chinna Avutapalli at Existing Km 1076+280 of NH-16 in the state of Andhra Pradesh (hereinafter referred to as the said section). Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 8A of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), read with Rule 3 of the National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Rules, 2008 hereinafter referred to as the “rules”) and in supersession of the Notification Number S.O. The rate of monthly pass for a person who owns a mechanical vehicle registered for non- commercial purposes and resides within a distance of twenty kilometres from the fee plaza is Rs. 340 (Rupees Three hundred and forty only) for the year 2025-26 and is subject to revision every year as per the provisions of said Rules. 5. Fee for commercial vehicle (excluding vehicles plying under national permit) registered in the district where the fee plaza falls shall be 50% of the prescribed rate for that category of vehicle provided no service road or alternative road is available for use of such commercial vehicles.[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 9 7. A mechanical vehicle which is loaded in excess of permissible load specified for its category under the rules, shall not be permitted to use the National Highway for crossing the plaza until the excess load has been removed from such mechanical vehicle. The Fee rates shall be displayed for information of the users in accordance with rules 12 of the said rules. 9. Based on the base rate of fee per kilometre for the base year 2007-08 as mentioned in Table-1 above, the actual amount of fee to be charged from the mechanical vehicles and the discounts will be calculated by the Authority. The same shall be got published by the authority in at least one newspaper in English and vernacular language through the concessionaire and thereafter revised annually in accordance with the rule 5 of the said rule and provisions of the concession agreement and will be published; provided, however, that such revision shall not be effected until a period of 6 (six) months from the date of preceding revision of fee.
