(चार से छह धुरी वाले) बड़े आकार वाल ेवाहन (सात अिवा अजधक धुरी वाले) 4.20 1. इसके अंतगगत उद्ग्रहीत और सग्रं हीत िल्ु क, ऐसे िुल्क प्लािाओं के अतं गतग जवजनर्िगष्ट जनवल सड़क की िरू ी हते ु िुल्क प्लािाओं म ेंिेय और संिये होगी, अिागत: - सारणी-2 लम्बाई (दक.मी. म)ें जिसके जलए िल्ु क िल्ु क प्लािा का अवस्ट्िान(चने िे ) जिस िर पर िल्ु क िेय ह ै िेय ह ै 50.096 दकमी तेलगं ाना राज्य के महबूबनगर जिले में िाकापुर चार या अजधक लने के जलए गांव के पास एनएच-44 (पुराना एनएच-7) के [बाईपास की लंबाई (जिसकी लागत 10 उपयुगि सारणी-1 म ें उजल्लजखत 114.650 दकलोमीटर पर। करोड़ ह)ै और संरचनाओं की लबं ाई (60 आधार िरों का 100% मीटर से अजधक) को छोड़कर] 2. उपयुगि के अजतररि, 10 करोड़ रुपय े या उससे अजधक लागत वाले बाईपास के उपयोग के जलए जनम्नजलजखत िल्ु क भी िेय होगा, िो ऐसे िल्ु क प्लािा के जलए जवजनर्िगष्ट जनवल बाईपास लंबाई के जलए जनम्नजलजखत िुल्क प्लािा पर होगा : - सारणी-3 बाईपास की लबं ाई और लागत जिसके जलए अजतररि िल्ु क सिं ेय ह ै िल्ु क प्लािा का बाईपास पर आरंभ पर जमलत े िर, जिस पर िल्ु क सिं ेय अवस्ट्िान (चने िे ) का नाम होत ेहुए हुए लागत ह ै लबं ाई (करोड़ (दकमी म)ें रुपय ेम)ें तेलगं ाना राज्य के महबूबनगर जिले म ें एनएच- िाकापुर गांव के पास चार या अजधक लेन के 44 का 27.27 131+200 136+046 4.846 जलए उपयुगि सारणी -1 म ें एनएच-44 (परु ाना कोिाकोटा करोड़ उजल्लजखत आधार िरों का एनएच-7) के 114.650 बाईपास 150% दकलोमीटर पर।[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 3. उपयुगि के अजतररि, जनम्नजलजखत िुल्क प्लािा पर 60 मीटर से अजधक लंबाई वाली जनम्नजलजखत संरचनाओं के उपयोग के जलए सरं चनाओं की लंबाई को 10 के समतुल्य कारक से गुणा करके रािमागग की समतुल्य लंबाई में पररवर्ततग करके जनम्नजलजखत िुल्क भी िेय और संिेय होगा :- सारणी-4 समतल्ु य सड़क लबं ाई म ें समतल्ु य सड़क पररवर्ततग की िान ेवाली िल्ु क प्लाजा (चने िे ) का स्ट्िान लबं ाई (दकमी वह िर जिस पर िल्ु क िेय ह ै सरं चनाओं^ की लबं ाई (दक.मी. म)ें म)ें तेलगं ाना राज्य के महबूबनगर जिल े म ें चार या अजधक लेन के जलए िाकापुर गांव के पास एनएच-44 उपयुगि सारणी -1 में 0.798 7.980 उजल्लजखत आधार िरों का (पुराना एनएच-7) के 114.650 100% दकलोमीटर पर। ^60 मीटर से अजधक लंबाई वाली संरचनाओं का जववरण जनम्नजलजखत है: चने िे क्रम स.ं सरं चना का प्रकार लबं ाई (दकमी म)ें दकलोमीटर स े दकलोमीटर तक 1 80+696 80+767 फ्लाईओवर 0.071 2 92+804 92+875 फ्लाईओवर 0.071 3 94+938 95+034 बड़ा पुल 0.096 4 100+787 100+849 बड़ा पुल 0.062 5 111+738 111+917 बड़ा पुल 0.179 6 124+236 124+336 बड़ा पुल 0.100 7 130+302 130+521 बड़ा पुल 0.219 सरं चनाओं की कुल लबं ाई (जिनकी लबं ाई 60 मीटर स ेअजधक) 0.798 4. गैर वाजणजज्यक प्रयोिनों के जलए पंिीकृत यांजत्रक वाहन के स्ट्वामी और िुल्क प्लाि बीस दकलोमीटर तक की िरू ी के भीतर जनवास करन े वाल ेव्यजि के जलए माजसक पास की िर वर्ग 2026-27 के जलए 360.000 रुपय े(तीन सौ साि रुपय े मात्र) ह ैऔर उि जनयमों के प्रावधानों के अनुसार प्रजतवर् ग संिोधन के जलए अध्यधीन ह।ै 5. रािमागग खडं पर एकाजधक यात्राओं के जलए, जनम्नजलजखत िरों पर पास िारी दकए िाएंगे, अिागत:- सारणी – 5 सिं ेय धनराजि अनज्ञु ात एकतरफ़ा यात्राओं की जवजधमान्यत की अवजध अजधकतम सख्ं या एक तरफ की यात्रा के जलए िल्ु क का डेढ़ गनु ा भुगतान के समय से िो चौबीस घंटे िुल्क की िो-जतहाई राजि पचास एकल यात्राओं के भुगतान की जतजि स ेएक पचास जलए िेय माह4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] 6. जिस जिले म ें िुल्क प्लािा जस्ट्ित ह,ै वहां पंिीकृत वाजणजज्यक वाहन (राष्ट्रीय परजमट के तहत चलन े वाले वाहनों को छोड़कर) के जलए िल्ु क उस श्रणे ी के वाहन के जलए जनधागररत िर का 50% होगा, बिते ऐसे वाजणजज्यक वाहनों के उपयोग के जलए कोई सर्वगस रोड या वैकजल्पक सड़क उपलब्ध न हो। 7. संबंजधत श्रेणी के वाहनों के जलए जवजनर्िगष्ट अनुज्ञेय भार से अजधक भार लि ेयांजत्रक वाहन का चालक या स्ट्वामी या प्रभारी व्यजि, राष्ट्रीय रािमागग पर अजतभार लिे वाहन के प्रवेि के जलए टोल सग्रं हण एिेंसी को ऐसी श्रेणी के वाहनों के प्रवेि के जलए, कजित जनयमों के जनयम 10 में जवजनर्िगष्ट िुल्क के समतल्ु य िुल्क का भुगतान करन े के जलए उत्तरिायी होगा। 8. सभी पररभार्ाएं, यांजत्रक वाहनों की श्रेणी, इनके अनुज्ञेय भार, छूट प्राप्त वाहनों की श्रेणी, सर्वगस रोड, वैकजल्पक सड़क इत्यादि उि जनयमों म ेंजवजनर्िगष्ट पररभार्ाओं के अनरूु प होंगी। 9. उि जनयमों के जनयम 12 के अनुसार, उपयोगकतागओं की िानकारी के जलए िल्ु क की िरों को प्रिर्िगत दकया िाएगा। 10. उपयिुग सारणी– 1 यिा उजल्लजखत आधार वर्ग 2007-08 के जलए प्रजत दकमी. िुल्क की आधार िर के आधार पर यांजत्रक वाहनों से िुल्क की वास्ट्तजवक राजि और छूटों की गणना प्राजधकरण द्वारा खंड की परू ी हो गई लंबाई के आधार पर की िाएगी और उसे उि जनयमों के जनयम 5 के अनुसार प्रजतवर्ग संिोजधत दकया िाएगा तिा तिनुसार उसे अग्रँ ेिी और क्षेत्रीय भार्ा के कम से कम एक–एक समाचार पत्र म ेंप्रकाजित दकया िाएगा। 11. इस पररयोिना की अनुमाजनत पूंिीगत लागत 1281.12 करोड़ रुपय ेह।ै चूंदक, भूजम अजधग्रहण, उपयोजगता स्ट्िानांतरण, पेड़ों को काटने, भजवष्य म ें सुिढ़ृ ीकरण, क्षमता म ें वृजि इत् यादि कायगकलापों को अभी पूरा दकया िाना ह,ै इसजलए पूंिीगत लागत पररवतनग के अध् यधीन ह ै और प्राप् त प्रयोक्त ा िल्ु क के माध् यम से वसूल की गई पूंिीगत लागत का प्राजधकरण द्वारा ररकाडग रखा िाएगा। [फा. स.ं टीिीडीआईवी/19/2026-पीआईय ूमहबूबनगर/ई-267831] चेतना नंि ससंह, संयिु सजचव MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAY’S NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 19th August, 2026 S.O. 4586(E).— Whereas by notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, number S.O. No. 465(E) dated 26.04.2002, issued under Section 11 of the National Highways Authority of India Act, 1988 (68 of 1988), the Central Government has entrusted the stretches from Km 0.000 to km 9.400 & 34.800 to Kilometre 463.632 (Hyderabad – Karnataka/Andhra Pradesh section) of National Highway No. 44 (Old NH-7) in the state of Telangana respectively to the National Highways Authority of India (hereinafter referred to as the “Authority”); Now, therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), read with Rule 3 of the National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Rules, 2008 and subsequent amendments till date (hereinafter referred to as the “rules”) and in supersession of the Notification No. S.O. No. 412(E) dated 06.02.2009,the Central Government hereby levies the fee on mechanical vehicles at 100% of the base rate specified in column (2) of Table 1 for net road section length of 50.096 Km [Table 2] and for equivalent structure length (having length more than 60m) of 7.98 Km ( having length of 0.798 [Table 4] ) and at 150% of the base rate for bypass having length of 4.846 Km [Table 3] costing rupees ten crores or more on the type of vehicle specified in column (1) of Table 1 below, for the use of four or more lane section from Jadcherla (Ch. The rate of monthly pass for a person who owns a mechanical vehicle registered for non-commercial purposes and resides within a distance of twenty kilometers from the Fee plaza is Rs. 360 (Rupees Three Hundred and Sixty only) for the year 2026–27 and is subject to revision every year as per the provisions of the said rules. 5. For multiple journeys on the highway section, passes shall be issued at the following rates, namely: - Table-5 Amount Payable Maximum number of one- Period of validity way journeys allowed One and half times of the fee for one way journey Two Twenty-four hours from the time of payment Two-third of the fee payable for fifty single Fifty One month from the date of journeys payment 6. Fee for commercial vehicles (excluding vehicles plying under National permit) registered in the district where the fee plaza falls shall be 50% of the specified rate for that category of vehicle provided no service road or alternative road is available for use of such commercial vehicles. 7. The driver or owner or a person in charge of a mechanical vehicle which is loaded in excess of permissible load specified for its category, shall be liable to pay fee for entering the overloaded vehicle on the National Highway to the fee collecting agency, equal to the fee specified in rule 10 of the said rules. 8. All definitions including category of mechanical vehicles, its permissible load, category of exempted vehicles, service road, alternative road, etc., shall be as per definitions specified in the said rules. 9. The fee rates shall be displayed for information of the users in accordance with rule 12 of the said rules. 10. Based on the base rate of fee per kilometer for the base year 2007 – 2008 as mentioned in Table 1 above, the actual amount of fee to be charged from the mechanical vehicles and the discounts will be calculated by the Authority on the basis of the completed length of the section and revised annually in accordance with the Rule 5 of the said rules and the same shall be published in at least one newspaper in English and vernacular language. 11. The estimated capital cost of the project is Rs. 1281.12 Crores. The Capital Cost is subject to variation as the activities of Land Acquisition, Utility Shifting, Tree Cutting, Future Strengthening, Capacity Augmentation etc. are yet to be completed.
