(2.9606 दकलोमीटर की लंबाई वाली) (सारणी-3) समतुल्य संरचना लंबाई (60 मीटर से अजधक लम् बाई वाली) के जलए सारणी 1 के स्ट्तम्भ (2) 926 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] में जवजनर्िगष्ट िरों पर िल्ु क उद्ग्रहीत करती ह ैएवं प्राजधकरण को अपने अजधकाररयों के माध्यम स ेअथवा संजविाकार के माध्यम से उि िल्ु क को संग्रहीत करन ेके जलए प्राजधकृत करती है, अथागत:- सारणी-1 वाहन का प्रकार आधार वर्ग 2007-08 के जलए प्रजत दक.मी. आधार िल्ु क िर (रुपए में) (1) (2) कार, िीप, वैन अथवा हल् के मोटर वाहन 0.65 हल् के वाजणजज्यक वाहन, हल् के मालवाहक वाहन अथवा जमनी बस 1.05 बस अथवा रक (िो धुरी वाल)े 2.20 तीन धरु ी वाल ेवाजणजज्यक वाहन 2.40 भारी जनमागण मिीनरी (एच.सी.एम.) अथवा अथग मूववंग उपस्ट्कर 3.45 (ई.एम.ई) अथवा बहुधुरीय वाहन (एम.ए.वी.) (चार स ेछह धुरी वाले) बड़े आकार वाल ेवाहन (सात अथवा अजधक धुरी वाले) 4.20 1. इसके अंतगगत उिगृहीत और संगृहीत िल्ु क ऐसे पथकर प्ल ािाओं के अंतगगत जवजनर्िगष् ट िरू ी हते ु जनम्न जलजखत पथकर प् लािाओं में िेय और संिेय होगी, अथागत:- सारणी -2 िुल् क प्ल ािा का स्ट्थ ान (चेनेि) लंबाई (दकमी म)ें जिसके जलए िुल् क संिेय िर जिस पर िुल्क संिेय ह ै ह ै कनागटक राज्य में िजिण कन्नड़ 60.6544 दकमी चार या अजधक लेन के जलए ऊपर सारणी-1 जिले के वल्लाल गांव के पास (60 मीटर से अजधक लंबाई की संरचनाओं में उजल्लजखत आधार िरों का 100% दक.मी. 284+190 पर को छोड़कर) 2. उपयुगि के अजतररि, जनम्नजलजखत िुल् क प् लाजा (प् लाजाओं) पर 60 मीटर से अजधक लबं ाई वाली जनम्नजलजखत अवसंरचनाओं के उपयोग के जलए 10 के समतल्ु य गुणक द्वारा ऐसी अवसंरचनाओं की लंबाई को गणु ा करके रािमागग की समतल्ु य लंबाई म ेंअवसंरचनाओं की लंबाई को पररवर्तगत करके जनम्नजलजखत िुल्क भी िेय और संिेय होगा: सारणी-3 िुल्क प्लाजा का स्ट्थान (चेनेि) सड़क की लंबाई के समकि सड़क लंबाई िर जिस पर िुल्क भुगतान योग्य ह ै समान पररवर्तगत (दक.मी. म)ें बुजनयािी ढांचा की लंबाई* (दक.मी. में) कनागटक राज्य में िजिण कन्नड़ चार या अजधक लेन के जलए ऊपर जिले के वल्लाल गांव के पास सारणी-1 म ेंउजल्लजखत आधार िरों का 2.9606 29.606 दक.मी. 284+190 पर 100% *60 मीटर से अजधक लंबाई वाली संरचनाओं का ब्योरा इस प्रकार ह:ै क्र.सं. चेनेि संरचना का प्रकार लंबाई (दकमी म)ें से (दकमी) तक (दकमी) 1 257+392 257+467 हाथी अधोपारक 0.075 2 266+923 266+998 हाथी अधोपारक 0.075[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 3 269+880 269+955 हाथी अधोपारक 0.075 4 317+695 318+081 बड़ा पुल 0.386 5 292+562 292+752 बड़ा पुल 0.190 6 311+555 313+715 फ्लाईओवर 2.160 60 मीटर से अजधक कुल सरं चना लंबाई 2.961 3. गैर-वाजणजज्यक प्रयोिनों के जलए पंिीकृत यांजत्रक वाहन के स्ट् वामी और पथकर प्ल ाजा से बीस दक.मी. की िरू ी के भीतर जनवास करने वाले व् यजि के जलए माजसक पास की िर वर्ग 2025-26 के जलए 340/-रूपए (तीन सौ चालीस रूपए मात्र) ह ैऔर उि जनयमों के प्रावधानों के अनुसार प्रजतवर्ग संिोधन के अध् यधीन ह।ै 4. रािमागग खण्ड पर बहुयात्राओं हते ु पास जनम्नजलजखत िरों पर िारी दकया िाएगा, अथागतः् सारणी-4 अनुज्ञात एकतरफा यात्राओं की अजधकतम संख्या संिेय धनराजि जवजधमान्द्यत की अवजध एकतरफा यात्रा के जलए िल्ु क का डेढ़ गुना िो भुगतान के समय से चौबीस घंटे पचास एकल यात्राओं के जलए भुगतान िुल्क की राजि भुगतान की तारीख से एक मास का िो-जतहाई पचास 5. िुल्क प्लािा जस्ट्थत होने वाले जिले में पंिीकृत वाजणजज्यक वाहनों (राष्ट्रीय परजमट के अधीन प्रचाजलत दकए िा रह ेवाहनों को छोड़कर) के जलए िुल्क उस श्रेणी के वाहन हते ुजनधागररत िर की 50% होगी, बिते दक ऐसे वाजणजज्यक वाहनों के प्रयोग के जलए कोई सर्वगस रोड या वैकजल्पक सड़क उपलब्ध न हो। 6. संबंजधत श्रणे ी के वाहनों के जलए जवजनर्िगष् ट अनुज्ञेय भार स ेअजधक भार लि े यांजत्रक वाहन का चालक या स्ट् वामी या प्रभारी व्यजि, राष्ट्रीय रािमाग ग पर अजतभार लि े वाहन के प्रवेि के जलए टोल सग्रं हण एिेंसी को ऐसी श्रणे ी के वाहनों के प्रवेि के जलए, कजथत जनयमों के जनयम 10 के उप जनयम 1ए के अनुसार अनुप्रयोज्य िुल् क के समतल्ु य िुल् क का भुगतान करन े के जलए उत् तरिायी होगा और वह रािमाग ग खंड का प्रयोग करन े के जलए तब तक हकिार नहीं होगा िब तक ऐसे यांजत्रक वाहन से लिा अजतभार हटाया नहीं िाता। 7. सभी पररभार्ाएं, यांजत्रक वाहनों की श्रेणी, इनके अनुज्ञेय भार, छूट-प्राप्त वाहनों की श्रणे ी, सर्वगस रोड, वैकजल्पक सड़क इत् यादि जनयमों में जवजनर्िगष्ट पररभार्ाओं के अनुरूप होंगी। 8. उि जनयमों के जनयम 12 के अनुसार, उपयोगकतागओं की िानकारी के जलए िुल्क की िरों को प्रिर्िगत दकया िाएगा। 9. यांजत्रक वाहनों स े िल्ु क की वास्ट् तजवक राजि उपयुगक्त ताजलका-1 में यथा-उजल्लजखत, आधार वर्ग 2007-08 के जलए प्रजत दकलोमीटर िल्ु क की आधार िर के आधार पर प्रभाररत होगी और छूटों की गणना प्राजधकरण द्वारा खंड की पूरी हो गई लंबाई के आधार पर की िाएगी और उसे उक्त जनयमों के जनयम 5 के अनुसार प्रजत वर्ग संिोजधत दकया िाएगा तथा तिनुसार उसे अंग्रेिी और िेत्रीय भार्ा के कम-स-े कम एक-एक समाचार पत्र में प्रकाजित दकया िाएगा। 10. इस पररयोिना की अनुमाजनत पूंिीगत लागत 2210.27 करोड़ रुपए ह।ै चूंदक, भूजम अजधग्रहण, सावगिजनक िन-सुजवधाओं के स्ट् थानांतरण, पड़े ों को काटने, इत् यादि कायगकलापों को अभी पूरा दकया िाना है, इसजलए, पूंिीगत लागत पररवतगन के अध्य धीन ह।ै प्राप् त प्रयोक्त ा िुल् क के माध् यम स ेवसूल की गई पूंिीगत लागत का प्राजधकरण द्वारा ररकॉडग रखा िाएगा। [फा. स.ं पीआरओिे-11016(83)/13/2024-पीआईय ूमैंगलोर/ई-247670] चेतना नन्द्ि वसंह, संयुि सजचव4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 27th January, 2026 S.O. 656(E).—Whereas by notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, number S.O.2333 (E), dated the 8th July, 2016 issued under section 11 of the National Highways Authority of India Act, 1988 (68 of 1988), the Central Government has entrusted the stretch of NH - 48 (New NH-75), Bangalore to Managlore Section from Km 189.500 to Km 237.000 and from Km 263.000 to Km 328.000 in the State of Karnataka to the National Highways Authority of India (herein after referred to as the “Authority”). Now, therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), read with Rule 3 of the National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Rules, 2008 and subsequent amendments (hereinafter referred to as the "rules"), the Central Government hereby levies the fee at the rate specified in column (2) of the Table 1 for net road section length of 60.6544 km [Table-2] and for equivalent structure length (having length more than 60m) of 29.606 km of structure (having length 2.9606 km [Table-3]) on the type of vehicles specified in column (1) of Table 1 belowfor use of four or more lane of Addahole to Bantwal section from design kilometer 255+140 to km 318+755 (existing km 263+000 to km 328+000) including 6-lane Flyover at Kalladka Town in Km. 311+040 - km. 314+080 on National Highway No. NH-75 (old NH-48) in the state of Karnataka and authorises the Authority to collect, either through its officials or through a contractor, the said fee, namely:- Table 1 Base rate of fee per Km for the Type of vehicle Base Year 2007-08 (in Rupees) (1) (2) Car, Jeep, Van or Light Motor Vehicle 0.65 Light Commercial Vehicle, Light Goods 1.05 Vehicle or Mini Bus Bus or Truck (Two Axles) 2.20 Three-axle commercial vehicles 2.40 Heavy Construction Machinery (HCM) or Earth Moving Equipment (EME) or Multi Axle Vehicle (MAV) (four to 3.45 six axles) Oversized Vehicles (seven or more axles) 4.20 1. The rate of monthly pass for a person who owns a mechanical vehicle registered for non-commercial purpose and resides within a distance of twenty kilometers from the toll plaza is Rs. 340/- (Rupees Three Hundred and Forty only) for the year 2025-2026 and is subject to revision every year as per the provisions of said Fee Rules. 4. For multiple journeys on the highway section, passes shall be issued at the following rates, namely: Table 4 Maximum number of one way Amount Payable Period of validity journeys allowed One and one-half times of the fee for Twenty-four hours from the time of Two one way journey payment Two-third of amount of the fee Fifty One month from the date of payment payable for fifty single journeys 5. Fee for commercial vehicle (excluding vehicles plying under national permit) registered in the district where the fee plaza falls shall be 50% of the specified rate for that category of vehicle provided no service road or alternative road is available for use of such commercial vehicles. 6. The driver or owner or a person in charge of a mechanical vehicle which is loaded in excess of permissible load specified for its category, shall be liable to pay fee for entering the overloaded vehicle on the National Highway to the fee collecting agency, equal to the fee specified in sub-rule 1A of rule 10 of the said rules, and shall not be entitled to make use of the highway section unless the excess load has been removed from such mechanical vehicle. 7. All definitions including category of mechanical vehicles, its permissible load, category of exempted vehicles, service road, alternative road, etc., shall be as per definitions specified in the said rules.6 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] 8. The fee rates shall be displayed for information of the users in accordance with rules 12 of the said rules. 9. Based on the base rate of fee per kilometer for the base year 2007-2008 as mentioned in Table 1 above, the actual amount of fee to be charged from the mechanical vehicles and the discounts will be calculated by the Authority on the basis of the completed length of the section and revised annually in accordance with the Rule 5 of the said rules and the same shall be published in at least one newspaper in English and vernacular language. 10. The estimated capital cost of the project is Rupees 2210.27 Crore. The capital cost is subject to variation as the activities of land acquisition, utility shifting, tree cutting etc., are yet to be completed.
