NOTIFICATION
Bengaluru, the 23rd October, 2024
S.O. 4631(E).—The Ministry of Railway, Govt. of India, hereby withdraws from acquisition, the lands
specified in the Schedule below, in respect of which Notification vide S.O. 2114 (E) dated 02nd May’ 2023 was issued
under Section 20A of Chapter IVA of Railway Act, 1989 and published in Gazette of India dated 04th May 2023 and
subsequent declaration under Section 20E of the Act vide notification S.O. 1924(E) dated 06th May 2024 published in
the Gazette of India, dated 06th May 2024. The ongoing doubling works is being executed within the Railway lands
and the lands indicated in the below schedule are herewith withdrawn from the earlier proposed acquisition for the
administrative reasons. It is confirmed that the lands indicated below are no more required for the said project.
