NOTIFICATION
Bengaluru, the 9th December, 2025
S.O. 5705(E).—The Central Government (Ministry of Railways, South Western Railway,
Construction Organisation, Bengaluru Cantonment) hereby withdraws from acquisition, the lands specified
in the Schedule below, in respect of which Notification vide S.O. 3963 (E) dated 29th Aug 2025 was issued
under Section 20A of Chapter IVA of Railway Act, 1989 and published in Gazette of India dated 29th Aug'
2025. The ongoing doubling works is being executed within the Railway lands and the lands indicated in
the below schedule are herewith withdrawn from the earlier proposed acquisition for the administrative
reasons. It is confirmed that the lands indicated below are no more required for the said project.
