O. 4643(E), dated 13th October, 2025 authorised the National Highways Authority of India to collect, either through its officials or through a contractor, the user fee for use of two lane with paved shoulders of Dornala - Kunta Section from Design Chainage Km 244+000 to 267+990 (existing Km.244+000 to 268+700) of National Highway number 765 in the State of Andhra Pradesh. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 to 1956), read with rule 3 of the National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and collection) Rules, 2008, the Central Government hereby makes following amendment in the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways published vide S.O.4643(E), dated 13th October, 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the “said notification”), in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), namely:- (i) In the said notification, in Tables 2, 3 and 4, in the entries relating to the “Location of Fee Plaza (Chainage)”, for the words "At Km 248+800 (Existing Km 249+670) of NH-765 Jammi Dornala Village of Dornala Mandal in Prakasham District of Andhra Pradesh”, the following words shall be substituted, namely:- "At Km. 248.800 (Existing Km. 249.670) of NH-765, Hasanabad Village, Dornala Mandal, Markapuram District, Andhra Pradesh.” [F.
