Guntur, the 9th June, 2026
S.O. 2965(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (7A) of Section 2 of the Railways
Act, 1989 (24 of 1989), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of
the Table below as competent authority’ to perform the functions as such authority under the said Act with
effect from the date of publication of this notification in the official gazette in respect of the Special Railway
Project of Proposed Siding Connectivity to Shree Cement Ltd., served by Tummalacheruvu Railway Station
on Guntur–Nadikudi Railway Track Section under the Gati Shakti Multi-Modal Cargo Terminal Policy of
Ministry of Railways in the state of Andhra Pradesh relating to sub division mentioned in column (3), District
mentioned in column (4) of the said Table for the execution, maintenance, management and operation of
such Special Railway Project.
