उक्त अजधसूचिा का सार उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20क के उपधारा (4) के अधीि िैजिक समाचार पत्रों अर्ाात् ” िैजिक िागरण एव ंअमर उिाला में दििांक 30 ििू 2026 को प्रकाजित दकया गया र्ा; 6551 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] जिसम ें कोई आक्षेप प्राप्त िहीं हुए, तद्िुसार सक्षम प्रजधकारी द्वारा आििे पाररत कर दिए गए ह;ैं सक्षम प्राजधकारी ि े उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20ङ की उपधारा (1) के अिुसरण म ें केन्द्रीय सरकार को अपिी ररपोर्ा प्रस्ट्ततु कर िी ह;ै अतः अब केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राजधकारी से उक्त ररपोर्ा के प्राप्त होि े पर उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20ङ की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक इसस े उपाबद्ध अिुसूची म ें जवजिर्िाष्ट भूजम पूवोक्त प्रयोिि के जलए अर्िात की िाएगी; And whereas, the substance of the said notification was published in daily newspapers namely, “Dainik Jagran & Amar Ujala” dated 30 June 2026 under sub-section (4) of section 20A of the said Act shall be final. And whereas, no objection was received and the same has been considered by the competent authority accordingly order has been passed; And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (I) of section 20E of the said Act, the competent Authority has submitted its report to the Central Government;4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] Now therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the Competent Authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (I) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the lands specified in the schedule annexed here to shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose; And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the official Gazette, the land specified in the schedule annexed here to shall vest absolutely in the Central Government free from all encumbrances.
