और, उक्त अजधसूचिा का सार उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20क की उपधारा (4) के अधीि ”दैजिक समाचार“ पत्रों अर्ाात ् ”दैजिक िागरण“,’’हहदं स्ट्ु ताि’’ एव ं ”अमर उिाला“ म ेंकदिांक 06 माच,ा 2026 को प्रकाजित ककया गया र्ा;

7958 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] और, सात आक्षपे प्राप्त हुए र्े और सक्षम प्राजधकारी द्वारा उस पर जवचार ककया गया ह ैतद्िसु ार आदेि पाररत कर कदए गए ह,ैं और, उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20ङ की उपधारा (1) के अिसु रण में सक्षम प्राजधकारी िे अपिी ररपोर्ा पत्रांक जिल कदिांक 02.09.2026 द्वारा केन्द्रीय सरकार को प्रस्ट्तुत कर दी है;

अतः अब केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राजधकारी से उक्त ररपोर्ा के प्राप्त होि े पर और उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20ङ की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ैकक इसस ेउपाबद्ध अिुसूची म ेंजवजिर्दाष्ट भूजम पूवोक्त प्रयोिि के जलए अर्िात की िाएगी;

NOTIFICATION Jhansi, the 26th September, 2026 S.O. 5663(E).— Whereas, by the notification of the Government of India, in the ministry of Railways (North Central Railway, Construction Department), Notification Number, S.O. 1045(A), dated the 23rd January 2026 published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 27th February 2026 (hereinafter referred to as the said notification) and issued under sub-section (I) of section 20A of the Railways (Amendment) Act, 2008 (11th of 2008) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the Land specified in the schedule annexed to the said notification for the purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation of Special Railway Project namely, “Jhansi-Khairar-Manikpur and Khairar-Bhimsen doubling Railway Project (411km)” in the Tehsil Kulpahar, District Mahoba in the State of Uttar Pradesh;

And whereas, the substance of the said notification was published in daily newspapers namely, “Dainik Jagran, Hindustan & Amar Ujala” dated 06th March 2026 under sub-section (4) of section 20A of the said Act;

And whereas, seven nos. objections were received and the same have been considered by the Competent Authority accordingly orders have been passed;

And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (I) of section 20E of the said Act, the Competent Authority has submitted its report to the Central Government vide letter no. NIL dated 2nd September 2026;

Now therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the Competent Authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (I) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the lands specified in the schedule annexed here to shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;

And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the official Gazette, the land specified in the schedule annexed here to shall vest absolutely in the Central Government free from all encumbrances.
