से उपाबद्ध अिुसूची में जवजिर्िष्टा भूजम को, उत्तर प्रििे राज्य के झााँसी जिले में जविेष रेल पररयोििा अर्ाात् ’’झांसी-खैरार-माजिकपुर
एवं खरै ार-भीमसेि रेल लाइि िोहरीकरण पररयोििा (411 दकमी)’’ के जिष्पािि, अिुरक्षण, प्रबंधि और प्रचालि के प्रयोिि के जलए
अपेजक्षत ह,ै ऐसी भूजम का अिाि करिे के अपिे आिय की घोषणा की र्ी;
और, उक्त अजधसूचिा का सार उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20क की उपधारा (4) के अधीि ’’िजै िक समाचार’’ पत्रों अर्ाात,्
’’अमर उिाला’’ और ’’िजै िक िागरण’’ में तारीख 06 अगस्ट्त, 2022 को प्रकाजित दकया गया र्ा;
और, तीि आक्षेप प्राप्त हुए र्े और सक्षम प्राजधकारी द्वारा उस पर जवचार दकया गया ह ै तद्िुसार आिेि पाररत कर दिए गए

और, उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20ङ की उपधारा (1) के अिुसरण में सक्षम प्राजधकारी िे अपिी ररपोर्ा केन्द्रीय सरकार को
प्रस्ट्तुत कर िी है;

अतः अब केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राजधकारी से उक्त ररपोर्ा के प्राप्त होिे पर और उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20ङ की उपधारा
(1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक इससे उपाबद्ध अिुसूची में जवजिर्िष्टा भूजम पूवोक्त प्रयोिि के
जलए अर्िात की िाएगी;
और यह दक केन्द्रीय सरकार, उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20ङ की उपधारा (2) के अिुसरण में यह घोषणा करती ह ैदक रािपत्र
में इस अजधसूचिा के प्रकाजित होिे पर इससे उपाबद्ध अिुसूची में जवजिर्िष्टा भूजम सभी जवल्लंगमों स े मुक्त होकर केन्द्रीय सरकार में
आत्यंजतक रूप से जिजहत हो िाएगी।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 4th November, 2022
S.O. 5164(E).—Whereas, by the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Railways (North
Central Railway, Construction Department ), Notification number, S.O. 3611(E), dated the 28th July, 2022 published
in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 1st August, 2022 (hereinafter referred
to as the said notification) and issued under sub-section (I) of section 20A of the Railways (Amendment) Act, 2008
(11th of 2008) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the
land specified in the schedule annexed to the said notification for the purpose of execution, maintenance, management
and operation of Special Railway Project namely, “Jhansi-Khairar-Manikpur and Khairar-Bhimsen doubling
Railway Project (411 km)” in the district of Jhansi in the State of Uttar Pradesh;
And whereas, the substance of the said notification was published in daily newspapers namely, “Amar Ujala”
and “Dainik Jagran” dated the 06th August 2022 under sub-section (4) of section 20A of the said Act;
And whereas, three nos. objections were received and the same have been considered by the Competent
Authority accordingly orders have been passed;
And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (I) of section 20E of the said Act, the Competent Authority has
submitted its report to the Central Government;
Now therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the Competent Authority and in exercise of the powers
conferred by sub-section (I) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the lands
specified in the schedule annexed hereto shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;
And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby
declares that on publication of this notification in the official Gazette, the land specified in the schedule annexed here
to shall vest absolutely in the Central Government free from all encumbrances.
