Rawat Non-official 188/1 Vasant Vihar, member Dehradun- 248001 (E-mail: raghubir226@gmail.com) (iv) Shri S.D. The officers mentioned below of the States specified hereunder, shall be invited to attend meetings of the Regional Empowered Committee as special invitees, in the examination of the proposals pertaining to diversion of forest land in their respective States, namely:- (A) Government of Uttarakhand: (i) Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests and the Nodal Officer, the Forest (Conservation) Act, 1980, Government of Uttarakhand; (ii) Additional Secretary to the Government of Uttarakhand, Revenue Department. (B) Government of Himachal Pradesh: (i) Special Secretary to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Revenue Department, Civil Secretariat, Shimla; (ii) Conservator of Forests (FCA), Forest Department, Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla. 3.
