Short title and commencement. – (1) This order may be called the 100 Percent Polyester Spun Grey and White Yarn (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2023. (2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the 100 Percent Polyester Spun Grey and White Yarn (Quality Control) Order, 2022, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely:— “(2) It shall come into force on the 03rd day of July, 2023”.
