S.O. 2424(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8A of the National Highway Act, 1956
(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of
the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (Roads Wing), number S.O. 194 (E),
dated the 2nd March, 2001, namely:-
In the said notification, for the Schedule, the following Schedule shall be substituted, namely:-
“SCHEDULE”
(Rates of fees to be recovered from users of bridge and its approaches across Wainganga river in Km. 491/00
near village Kardha and its approaches from Km. 485/0 to Km. 498/0 of Nagpur-Raipur section on National
Highway No. 6 in Bhandara District in the State of Maharashtra).
