(4) of Section 44A read with Section 56 of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949, has
sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation of Amarnath Co-operative Bank Ltd.,
Ahmedabad, Gujarat with The Kalupur Commercial Co-operative Bank Ltd.,
Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The Scheme will come into force with effect from December
15, 2025 (Monday). All the branches of Amarnath Co-operative Bank Ltd.,
Ahmedabad, Gujarat will function as branches of The Kalupur Commercial Co-
operative Bank Ltd., Ahmedabad, Gujarat with effect from December 15, 2025.
