L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-06062026-273221 CG-DxLx-xEG-I0D6H0x6x2x0 26-273221 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—उप-खण्ड (ii) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 2775] नई दिल्ली, िुक्रवार, िनू 5, 2026/ज् यष्े ि 15, 1948 No. 2775] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, JUNE 5, 2026/JYAISTHA 15, 1948 आयषु मत्रं ालय अधिसचू ना नई दिल् ली, 27 मई, 2026 का.आ. 2869(अ).— आयुष मंत्रालय के अधीन दो अिीनस्थ कायाालयों नामतः (i) भारतीय जिदकत्सा भेषिसंजिता प्रयोगिाला (पीएलआईएम) और (ii) होम्योपैधथक भेषिसंजिता प्रयोगिाला (एचपीएल) और एक स्वायत्त धनकाय नामतः भारतीय धचककत्सा एवं होम्योपैथी भेषिसंजिता आयोग (पीसीआईएम एंड एच) के धवलय के माध्यम से भारतीय धचककत्सा एवं होम्योपैथी भेषिसंजिता आयोग (पीसीआईएम एंड एच) को एक अिीनस्थ कायाालय के रूप में पुनगगठित करने के संबंि में दिनांक 3 जून, 2020 के मंजिमंडल के धनर्ाय के अनुक्रम में दिनांक 6 जुलाई, 2020 की राजपत्र अधिसूचना संख्या सीजी-डीएल-डब्ल्यू- 20072020-220580 और व्यय जवभाग की कदनांक 20.05.2026 की आईडी संख्या 16(1)/आयुष/ईसीआई/2026 के अनुसरर् में, संघ सरकार एतद्द्वारा धनम्नधलधित को अधिसूधचत करती है:- “मंधत्रमंडल द्वारा अनुमोकदत धवलय की गई इकाई के धलए सस्ं वीकृत नफरी के आिार पर, आयषु मंत्रालय के अधीन एक अिीनस्थ कायाालय- भारतीय धचककत्सा एव ं होम्योपैथी भेषिसंजिता आयोग (पीसीआईएम एंड एच) म ेंधनदेशक (वते न 4042 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] मट्रै िक्स म ें स्तर 14) के पद को मंधत्रमंडल द्वारा अनुमोदन की जतजि (अिागत दिनांक 03 जून, 2020) से एतद्द्वारा नफरी पर धलया गया ह।ै ” [फा. स.ं वाई-18020/9/2026-एलपी.] मदन लाल मीर्ा, अवर सधचव MINISTRY OF AYUSH NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 27th May, 2026 S.O. 2869(E).— In pursuance of the Cabinet Decision dated the 3rd June, 2020 regarding the re- establishment of the Pharmacopoeia Commission for Indian Medicine & Homoeopathy (PCIM&H) as a subordinate office under the Ministry of Ayush through the merger of two Subordinate Offices named (i) Pharmacopoeia! Laboratory of Indian Medicine (PLIM) and (ii) the Homoeopathic Pharmacopoeial Laboratory (HPL) and one autonomous body named Pharmacopoeia Commission for Indian Medicine & Homoeopathy (PCIM&H) followed by the Gazette Notification No. CG-DL-W-20072020-220580 dated the 6th July, 2020, and the DoE's ID No. 16(1)/AYUSH/ECl/2026 dated 20.05.2026, the Central Government hereby notifies the following: "On the basis of the Sanctioned Strength approved by the Cabinet for the merged entity, the post of Director (Level 14 of the Pay Matrix) is hereby taken on the strength of the Pharmacopoeia Commission for Indian Medicine & Homoeopathy (PCIM&H), a subordinate office under the Ministry of Ayush, with effect from the date of approval by the Cabinet (i.e. 03rd June 2020 )."
