S.O. 3383(E).— In pursuance of rule 41 of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Rules, 2017, the
Central Government hereby makes the following amendments to amend the notification of the Government
of India in the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, number S.O. 4877 (E) dated the 13th October,
2022, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), namely:-
In the said notification, for serial numbers 4, 5, 6 and 7 and entries relating thereto, the following entries
shall be substituted, namely:-
4. Joint Secretary, Department of School Education and Literacy, Ministry of Education;
5. Joint Secretary, Department of Rural Development, Ministry of Rural Development;
6. Ms. Jaya Elizabeth Mathew, #54, Bethlehem, 3rd cross, Kaveri Enclave, 9th cross,
Kanshiram nagar, Lakshmipura,Vidyaranyapura PO. - Bangalore-560097 (representing disability
caused due to chronic neurological conditions);
