New Delhi, the 9th September, 2022
S.O. 4257(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(3) of section 4 of the Rubber Act, 1947 (24
of 1947) read with rules 3 and 4 of the Rubber Rules, 1955, the Central Government hereby appoints the following
persons as members of the Rubber Board for a period of three years with effect from the date of publication of this
notification in the Official Gazette and for that purpose makes the following amendments in the notification of the
Government of India, in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, number S.O. 2980(E),
dated the 28th June, 2022 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, part II, Section 3, Sub-section(ii), dated the
30th June, 2022, namely:-
In the said notification,-
(i) after serial number 5 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely:-
