NOTIFICATION
Applications are invited for the post of One Judicial Member in the Karnataka
Real Estate Appellate Tribunal, Bengaluru under Section 45, 46(1)(b) & 46(3) of the
Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016. The relevant details are as
under:-

fifteen years or has been a member of the
Indian Legal Service and has held the post of
Additional Secretary of that service or any
equivalent post, or has been an advocate for
at least twenty years with experience in
dealing with real estate matters.
Terms of office:
The Member shall hold office for a term not exceeding five years from the date
on which he/she enters upon his/her office, or until they attain the age of Sixty
five years, whichever is earlier and shall not be eligible for re-appointment.

Salary and allowances payable and other terms and conditions of service:
i. As prescribed in Rule 36 of the Karnataka Real Estate (Regulation and
Development) Rules, 2017 of the Karnataka State.
ii. The other allowances and conditions of service of Member shall be such
as may be determined by the Government from time to time.
