या दकए गए अनुिेिों या आिेिों के अनुसार सरकारी सेिकों के (ii) दकसी मान्यताप्राप्त जिश्वजिद्यालय से अंग्रेिी में मास्ट्टर जडग्री और जलए पााँच िषव तक जिजर्ल जडग्री स्ट्तर पर अजनिायव या िैकजल्पक जिषय या परीक्षा के माध्यम के की िा सकती ह।ै ) रूप म ेंजहन्िी हो; या (iii) दकसी मान्यताप्राप्त जिश्वजिद्यालय से जहन्िी अर्िा अग्रं ेिी के अजतररि दकसी अन्य जिषय में जहन्िी माध्यम से मास्ट्टर जडग्री और[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 रटप्पण.- आय-ु सीमा जडग्री स्ट्तर पर अजनिायव या िैकजल्पक जिषय या परीक्षा के माध्यम के अिधाररत करन े के जलए रूप म ेंअग्रं ेिी हो;या जनणावयक तारीख िह होगी (iv) दकसी मान्यताप्राप्त जिश्वजिद्यालय से जहन्िी या अग्रं ेिी के िो कमवचारी चयन आयोग अजतररि दकसी अन्य जिषय म ें अग्रं ेिी माध्यम से मास्ट्टर जडग्री और द्वारा यर्ा जिज्ञाजपत हो । जडग्री स्ट्तर पर अजनिायव या िैकजल्पक जिषय या परीक्षा के माध्यम के रूप म ेंजहन्िी हो; या (v) दकसी मान्यताप्राप्त जिश्वजिद्यालय से जहन्िी अर्िा अग्रं ेिी के अजतररि दकसी अन्य जिषय में मास्ट्टर जडग्री और जडग्री स्ट्तर पर अजनिाय व या िैकजल्पक जिषय के रूप में जहन्िी तर्ा अग्रं ेिी हो या िोनों म ें से एक परीक्षा का माध्यम हो और िसू रा अजनिायव या िैकजल्पक जिषय हो; और अनभु ि: जहन्िी से अंग्रेिी तर्ा अंग्रिे ी से जहन्िी में अनुिाि में दकसी मान्यताप्राप्त संस्ट्र्ा से जडप्लोमा प्रमाण पत्र या प्रमाण पत्र पाठ्यक्म हो या केन्रीय सरकार या राज्य सरकार या संघ राज्य क्षेत्र प्रिासन जिसके अंतगवत भारत सरकार के उपक्म भी हैं, में जहन्िी से अंग्रेिी और अग्रं ेिी से जहन्िी में अनुिाि कायव का तीन िषव का अनुभि हो। रटप्पण 1.- अहतव ाए ं अन्यर्ा सुअर्हतव अभ्यर्र्वयों की ििा में, कारणों को लेखबद्ध करके, कमवचारी चयन आयोग के जििेकानुसार जिजर्ल की िा सकती ह।ैं रटप्पण 2.- अनुभि संबंधी अहतव ाए,ं अनुसूजचत िाजतयों और अनुसूजचत िनिाजतयों के अभ्यर्र्वयों की ििा में, कारणों को लेखबद्ध करके, कमवचारी चयन आयोग के जििेकानुसार तब जिजर्ल की िा सकती ह ै िब चयन के दकसी प्रक्म में कमवचारी चयन आयोग की यह राय ह ैदक उनके जलए आरजक्षत पिों को भरन े के जलए उन समुिायों के अपेजक्षत अनुभि रखने िाल े अभ्यार्र्वयों के पयावप्त संख्या में उपलब्ध होने की संभािना नहीं ह।ै पररिीक्षा की अिजध, भती की पद्धजत : भती प्रोन्नजत या प्रजतजनयुजि /आमले न द्वारा भती की ििा म ेंि ेश्रजे णया ं यदि कोई हो। सीध े होगी या प्रोन्नजत जिनस ेप्रोन्नजत या प्रजतजनयजु ि / आमले न दकया िाएगा। द्वारा या प्रजतजनयजु ि/ आमले न द्वारा तर्ा जिजभन्न पद्धजतयों द्वारा भरी िान े िाली ररजियों की प्रजतितता। (9) (10) (11) सीधे भती दकए िाने प्रोन्नजत द्वारा, जिसके न प्रोन्नजत: िाले व्यजियों के जलए हो सकन ेपर प्रजतजनयुजि कजनष्ठ अनुिाि अजधकारी जिन्होंने िेतन मैररक्स के स्ट्तर-6 (35400- िो िषव। द्वारा, िोनों के न हो 112400 रु.) में ग्रेड में पााँच िषव जनयजमत सेिा की हो तर्ा केन्रीय सकने पर सीधी भती अनुिाि ब्यरू ो, रािभाषा जिभाग, नई दिल्ली से अनुिाि में चार द्वारा । सप्ताह का प्रजिक्षण सफलतापूिकव पूण व दकया हो ।4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] रटप्पण.- केंरीय सरकार रटप्पण.- िहां ऐस े कजनष्ठ व्यजियों के संबंध में, जिन्होंन े अपनी अहकव द्वारा यर्ाजिजहत या पात्रता सेिा पूरी कर ली ह,ै प्रोन्नजत के जलए जिचार दकया िा रहा पररिीक्षा सफलतापूिवक हो, िहााँ उनके ज्येष्ठ व्यजियों के संबंध में भी जिचार दकया िाएगा पूण व करन े के जलए कम स े परंत ु यह तब िब दक उसके द्वारा की गई ऐसी अहकव या पात्रता सेिा, कम िो सप्ताह का अपेजक्षत अहकव या पात्रता सेिा के आध े से अजधक से या िो िषव स,े अजनिायव प्रिेि इनमें स े िो भी कम हो, कम न हो और उन्होंन े अपन े ऐस े कजनष्ठ प्रजिक्षण करना होगा। व्यजियों सजहत, जिन्होंन े ऐसी अहकव या पात्रता सेिा पहल े ही पूरी कर ली ह,ै अगली उच्चतर श्रणे ी में प्रोन्नजत के जलए अपनी पररिीक्षा की अिजध सफलतापूिवक पूरी कर ली हो। प्रजतजनयजु ि: केन्रीय सरकार या राज्य सरकारों या संघ राज्यक्षेत्र प्रिासन के अजधकारी:- (क)(i) जिन्होंन े मलू काडर या जिभाग में जनयजमत आधार पर सििृ पि धारण दकया हुआ हो; या (ii) जिन्होंने मूल काडर या जिभाग में िेतन मैररक्स के स्ट्तर -6 (35400-112400रु.) में या समतुल्य में जनयजमत आधार पर पि पर जनयुजि के पश्चात् पााँच िषव की जनयजमत सेिा की हो; या (ख) जिनके पास स्ट्तंभ (7) के अधीन सीध े भती दकए व्यजियों के जलए जिजहत िैक्षजणक अहतव ाएं और अनुभि हो । रटप्पण 1.- पोषक प्रिग व के ऐसे जिभागीय अजधकारी, िो प्रोन्नजत की सीधी पंजि में ह,ै प्रजतजनयजु ि पर जनयुजि के जलए जिचार दकए िाने के पात्र नहीं होंगे। इसी प्रकार प्रजतजनयुि व्यजि प्रोन्नजत द्वारा जनयुजि के जलए जिचार दकए िाने के पात्र नहीं होंगे। रटप्पण 2.- प्रजतजनयुजि की अिजध, जिसके अंतगवत केन्रीय सरकार के उसी या दकसी अन्य संगठन या जिभाग म ें इस जनयुजि से ठीक पहले धाररत दकसी अन्य काडर बाह्य पि पर प्रजतजनयुजि की अिजध ह ैसाधारणतया 3 िष व से अजधक नहीं होगी। रटप्पण 3.- प्रजतजनयुजि द्वारा जनयुजि के जलए अजधकतम आयु-सीमा आिेिन प्राप्त करन े की अंजतम तारीख को 56 िष व स े अजधक नहीं होगी। यदि जिभागीय प्रोन्नजत सजमजत ह,ै तो उसकी सरं चना। भती करन े म ें दकन पररजस्ट्र्जतयों म ें सघं लोक सिे ा आयोग स े परामि व दकया िाएगा। (12) (13) समूह ‘ख’ जिभागीय प्रोन्नजत सजमजत (प्रोन्नजत के संबंध म ें जिचार करन े के जलए) संघ लोक सेिा आयोग से परामिव करना आिश्यक नहीं ह ै। जिसमें जनम् नजलजखत होंग:े - 1. अपर महासिेक्षक, महासिेक्षक कायावलय -अध्यक्ष;[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 5 2. उप महासिेक्षक, महासिेक्षक कायावलय - सिस्ट्य; Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Science and Technology, Survey of India, Senior Translation Officer (Group ‘B’ Post) Recruitment Rules, 2025. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix. – The number of the said post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc. – The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule. 4. Disqualification. – No person, – (a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or (b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,6 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] shall be eligible for appointment to the said post: Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule. 5. Power to relax. – Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons. 6. Saving. – Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard. Note 2.- The qualifications regarding experience are relaxable at the discretion of the Staff Selection Commission, for reasons to be recorded in writing, in the case of candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes or the Scheduled Tribes, if at any stage of selection, the Staff Selection Commission is of the opinion that sufficient number of candidates from these communities possessing the requisite experience are not likely to be available to fill up the vacancies reserved for them. Note 1.- The departmental officers in the feeder category who are in the direct line of promotion shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment on deputation. Similarly, the deputationists shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment by promotion. Note 3.- The maximum age-limit for appointment by deputation shall be not exceeding fifty-six years as on the last date of receipt of applications.
