L.-33004/99 ससीी..जजीी..--एएमम..एएचच..--अअ..--2221002222002255--226611221144 CCGG--MMxHHx--xEEG--I22D12H00x22x22x00 2255--226611221144 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—उप-खण्ड (i) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (i) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 108] नई ददल्ली, बृहस्ट्प जतिार, फरिरी 20, 2025/फाल्ग नु 1, 1946 No. 108] NEW DELHI, THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 20, 2025/PHALGUNA 1, 1946 परमाण ुऊिा ा जिभाग अजधसचू ना मुंबई, 20 फरिरी, 2025 सा.का.जन. 142 (अ).––राष्ट्रपजत, संजिधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करत े हुए तथा परमाण ु ऊिा ा जिभाग (क्रय एव ं भंडार) भती जनयम 2013 को िहााँ तक उसका संबंध क्रय अजधकारी, भडं ार अजधकारी, उप जनदेिक, क्रय एिं भंडार के पदों स े ह ै और परमाण ु ऊिा ा जिभाग (क्रय एव ं भंडार) भती जनयम 2019 को िहााँ तक उसका संबंध कजनष्ठ क्रय सहायक और कजनष्ठ भंडारी के पदों से ह,ै उन बातों के ससवाय असधक्ांत करत े हुए सिन्ह ें ऐसे अजधक्रमण स े पूि ा ककया गया ह ै या करने का लोप ककया गया ह,ै परमाण ु ऊिाा जिभाग में कजनष्ठ क्रय सहायक, कजनष्ठ भंडारी, क्रय अजधकारी, भडं ार अजधकारी, उप जनदेिक, क्रय एिं भंडार तथा संयुि जनदिे क, क्रय एिं भंडार के पदों पर भती की पद्धजत का सवसनयमन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाते ह,ैं अथाात:् - 1. सजं िप्त नाम तथा प्रारंभ - (1) इन जनयमों का संजिप्त नाम परमाणु ऊिा ा जिभाग (क्रय एिं भंडार), समूह ‘ग’ और ‘क’ भती जनयम, 2025 ह।ै (2) य े रािपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रिृत्त होंगे। 2. आिदे न – ये जनयम इन जनयमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (1) म ेंयथा जिजनर्दाष्ट पदों को लाग ूहोंगे। 1329 GI/2025 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] 3. पदों की सख्ं या, िगीकरण और िते न मट्रै रक्स म ें स्ट्तर – उि पदों की संख्या, उनका िगीकरण और िेतन मैट्ररक्स म ें उसका स्ट्तर वह होगा िो इन सनयमों स े उपाबद्ध उक्त अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (2) से स्ट्तभं (4) में जिजनर्दाष्ट ह।ैं 4. भती की पद्धजत, आय-ु सीमा, अहता ाएाँ, आदद - उि पदों पर भती की पद्धजत, आय-ु सीमा, अहता ाएाँ और उसस े संबंजधत अन्य बातें िे होंगी िो उक्त अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (5) स े स्ट्तंभ (13) म ेंजिजनर्दाष्ट ह।ैं 5. जनरहता ा - िह व्यजि- (क) जिसने ऐसे व्यजि स े जिसका पजत या जिसकी पत्नी िीजित ह,ै जििाह दकया ह,ै या जििाह की संजिदा की ह;ै या (ख) जिसने अपन े पजत या अपनी पत्नी के िीजित रहते हुए दकसी व्यजि स े जििाह दकया है, या जििाह की संजिदा की, उि पदों पर जनयुजि के जलए पात्र नहीं होगा : परन्त ु यदद केन्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो िाता ह ै दक ऐसा जििाह ऐसे व्यजि और जििाह के अन्य पिकार को लागू स्ट्िीय जिजध के अधीन अनुज्ञेय ह ै और ऐसा करन े के जलए अन्य आधार ह ैं तो िह दकसी व्यजि को इस जनयम के प्रितान से छूट दे सकेगी । 6. प्रारंजभक गठन - संयुि जनदेिक, क्रय एिं भंडार का पद धारण करने िाल े पदधाट्ररयों को इन जनयमों के उपबंधों के अनुसार जनयिु हुआ माना िाएगा और उनकी जनयजमत और जनरंतर सेिा को पट्ररिीिा, प्रोन्नसत, पुजष्टकरण और पेंिन के जलए अहका सेिा के प्रयोिन के जलए जगना िाएगा। 7. जिजथल करन े की िजि - िहां केन्रीय सरकार की यह राय ह ै दक ऐसा करना आिश्यक या समीचीन है, िहा ं िह उसके जलए िो कारण ह ैं उन्ह ेंलेखबद्ध करके, इन जनयमों के दकसी उपबंध को दकसी िगा या प्रिगा के व्यजियों की बाबत, आदेि द्वारा जिजथल कर सकेगी। 8. व्यािजृ त्त - इन जनयमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरिण, आय-ु सीमा में छूट और ट्ररयायतों पर प्रभाि नहीं डालेगी, जिनका केन्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर िारी दकए गए आदिे ों के अनुसार अनुसूजचत िाजतयों, अनुसूजचत िनिाजतयों, अन्य सपछड े वगों, भूतपूि ा सैजनकों और अन्य जििेष प्रिग ा के व्यजियों के जलए उपबंध करना अपेजित ह।ै अनसु चू ी पद का नाम पद सख्ं या िगीकरण िते न मट्रै रक्स म ेंस्ट्तर चयन अथवा अ-चयन पद (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) 1. कजनष्ठ क्रय 100* (2025) साधारण केंरीय सेिा, िेतन मैट्ररक्स में स्ट्तर-4 लाग ूनहीं सहायक। समूह 'ग' अरािपजत्रत, (25500-81100 होता। *कायाभार के आधार पर अननुसजचिीय। रुपये)। पट्ररितान दकया िा सकता ह।ै सीध े भती दकए िान े िाल े व्यजियों के जलए आयु- सीध े भती दकए िान े िाल े व्यजियों के जलए अपजे ित सीमा। िजै िक और अन्य अहता ाएं। (6) (7) 18 से 27 िष ा के बीच। आिश्यक: (केंद्रीय सरकार द्वारा िारी अनुदेशों या आदेिों के (क) 60 प्रजत ित अंकों के साथ जिज्ञान में स्नातक; िनिरी होगी। (2.) जनदेिक, क्रय एिं भडं ार जनदेिालय – ट्रटप् पण 2 - पात्र अजधकाट्ररयों को जलजखत परीिा सदस्ट् य; और उसके बाद सािात्कार में उपजस्ट्थत होना (3.) जनयंत्रक, भाभा परमाणु अनुसंधान अपेसक्षत ह।ै पैनल में िाजमल करने के जलए नामों केन् र -सदस्ट् य की जसफाट्ररि करत े समय सवभागीय प्रोन्नसत सजमजत द्वारा जलजखत परीिा म ें प्राप्त अंकों को (4.) अन् य सरकारी जिभाग के क्रय एिं ध्यान म ेंरखा िाएगा। भंडार काडर के समूह ‘क’ के अजधकारी ट्रटप् पण 3 – प्रोन्नत अजधकाट्ररयों को पट्ररिीिा – सदस्ट् य। अिजध के दौरान प्रिासजनक प्रजििण संस्ट्थान, परमाण ु ऊिाा जिभाग स े प्रजििण प्राप्त करना समूह 'क' जिभागीय पुजष्टकरण सजमजत (पुजष्ट आिश्यक ह।ै पर जिचार करन े के जलए) जिसम ें सनम्नसलसित होंगे: ट्रटप् पण 4 - िहां ऐसे कजनष्ठ व्यजियों के संबंध म ें जिन्होंने अपनी अहका /पात्रता सेिा पूरी कर ली ह,ै (1.) अपर सजचि / संयुि सजचि प्रभारी प्रोन्नजत के जलए जिचार दकया िा रहा हो, िहााँ क्रय एिं भंडार – अध् यि; उनके ज्यष्ठे व्यजियों के संबंध में भी जिचार दकया (2.) जनदिे क, क्रय एिं भंडार जनदेिालय िाएगा, परंतु यह तब िब दक उसके द्वारा की गई -सदस्ट् य; ऐसी अहका /पात्रता सेिा अपजे ित अहका /पात्रता (3.) जनयंत्रक, भाभा परमाणु अनुसंधान सेिा के आधे से अजधक से या दो िषा से इनम ेंसे िो[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 7 भी कम हो, कम न हो और उन्होंने अपने ऐस े केन् र – सदस्ट् य कजनष्ठ व्यजियों सजहत, जिन्होंने ऐसी अहका /पात्रता सेिा पहल े ही पूरी कर ली ह,ै अगली (4.) अन् य सरकारी जिभाग के क्रय एिं उच्चतर श्रणे ी म ें प्रोन्नजत के जलए अपनी पट्ररिीिा भंडार काडर के समूह ‘क’ के अजधकारी की अिजध सफलतापूिाक पूरी कर ली हो। – सदस्ट् य। प्रजतजनयुजि : केंद्रीय सरकार या राज्य सरकार या संघ राज्यक्षेत्रों के अजधकारी: (क) (i) सिन्होंन े मलू काडर या जिभाग म ें जनयजमत आधार पर सदिृ पद धारण दकए हुए हो; या (ii) सिन्होंन े मलू काडर या सवभाग म ें िेतन मैट्ररक्स म ें स्ट् तर - 8 (47600-151100 रूपए) म ें या समतुल्य म ें जनयजमत आधार पर पद पर जनयुजि के पश्चात ् छह िष ा की जनयजमत सेिा की हो; (ख) सिसके पास जनम्नजलजखत शैसक्षक अहता ाए ं और अनुभि हों, अथाित: - (i) मान्यता प्राप्त जिश्वजिद्यालय से स्नातक सडग्री;
