और4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] (ग) अयस्ट्कों तथा खजनिों के रासायजनक जिश्लेषण, मानक जिलयनों और प्रयोगिाला अजभकमकग ों की तैयारी तथा प्रयोगिाला सबं ंधी कायों में िो िषग का अनुभि। ट्रटप्पण-1:- पोषक प्रिगग के ऐस ेजिभागीय अजधकारी, िो प्रोन् नजत की सीधी पंजि म ें ह,ै प्रजतजनयुजि पर जनयुजि के जलए जिचार दकए िाने के पात्र नहीं होंगे। इसी प्रकार, प्रजतजनयुक्त व् यजि प्रोन् नजत द्वारा जनयुजि के जलए जिचार दकए िाने के पात्र नहीं होंग।े ट्रटप्पण-2:- प्रजतजनयुजि की अिजध, जिसके अंतगगत केंद्रीय सरकार के उसी या दकसी अन्य संगठन/जिभाग में इस जनयुजि स े ठीक पहले धाट्ररत दकसी अन्य काडर बाहय ् पि पर प्रजतजनयुजि की अिजध, साधारणतया तीन िषग स ेअजधक नहीं होगी। ट्रटप्पण-3:- प्रजतजनयुजि पर जनयुजि के जलए अजधकतम आय ु सीमा आिेिन-करने की अंजतम तारीख को 56 िषग स ेअजधक नहीं होगी। [फा. सं. 4/1/2023-खान.II (भाग-I)] गीजतका िमाग, जनिेिक MINISTRY OF MINES NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 16th June, 2026 G.S.R.487(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Ministry of Mines, Geological Survey of India, Chemical Stream, Group ‘B’ and Group ‘C’ Recruitment Rules, 2013 in so far as they relate to the post of Assistant Chemist in the Geological Survey of India, Ministry of Mines , except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of the Assistant Chemist in the Geological Survey of India, Ministry of Mines namely:- 1. Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Mines, Geological Survey of India, Assistant Chemist, Recruitment Rules, 2026. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Number of post, classification and level in the pay matrix.-The number of the said post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.-The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule. 4.
