2. संजक्षप्त िीषका का प्रारम्भ :- (1) इन जनयमों को भारतीय प्राणी सवेक्षण, वाहन चालक (जविेष ग्रेड), समूह ‘ख’
पद, भती जनयम, 2022 कहा जाएगा।
(2) ये िासकीय राजपत्र म ेंअपने प्रकािन की जतजथ से लाग ूहोंगे।
3. पदों की सख्ं य ा, वगीकरण और वते न मरै रक्स म ें स्ट्त र:— पदों की संख् या, इनका वगीकरण और वेतन मैररक् स म ें
उससे संबंजधत स्ट् तर वह होगा जो इन जनयमों के साथ संल् न अनुसूची के कॉलम (2) स े (4) के रूप म ें जवजनर्ददष्ट ट

4. भती प्रदिया, आय ु सीमा, यो्य ताएं इत्य ादद:- उक्त पद की भती प्रदिया, आयु सीमा, यो् यताएं और उसस े

5. अपात्रता- कोई भी व् यजति
(क) जजसने ऐसे व् यजति के साथ जववाह दकया ह ै या जववाह का अनबु ंध दकया ह ै जजसका पजत या पत् नी जीजवत
हो; या

(ख) जजसने, पजत या पत् नी के जीजवत रहते हुए दकसी के साथ जववाह दकया ह ै या जववाह का अनुबंध दकया है,
उक्त पद की जनयुजति के जलए पात्र नही होगा।
बिते दक केन्र सरकार इस जनयम के तहत दकसी भी व् यजति को छूट दे सकती ह,ै यदद वह संतुष्टट हो दक जववाह के
जलए ऐसे व् यजति के या अन् य पक्ष के व् यजतिगत जनयम के तहत या ऐसा करन े के जलए दकसी अन् य आधार पर ऐस े
जववाह की अनुमजत ह।ै
6. छूट देन े का अजधकार- जहां पर केन् र सरकार की राय ह ै दक जलजखत में दजा दकए जाने वाले कारणों के जलए और
संघ लोक सेवा आयोग के परामिा स े इस आदेि द्वारा ऐसा करना आवश् यक व् यावहाररक ह,ै तो व् यजतियों के दकसी
भी वगा या श्रेणी के संबंध म ेंइन जनयमों के प्रावधानों में छूट दी जा सकती ह।ै
7. बचत- इस संबंध में समय-समय पर केन् र सरकार द्वारा जारी दकए गए आदेिों की अनपु ालन में अनुसूजचत
जाजतयों, अनुसूजचत जनजाजतयों, भूतपूवा सैजनकों तथा व् यजतियों की अन् य जविेष श्रेजणयों के जलए प्रदान दकए जान े
वाले आरक्षण, आयु सीमा में छूट तथा अन् य ररयायतों को य ेजनयम प्रभाजवत नही करेंगे।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 7th November, 2022
G.S.R. No. 807(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution,
the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the posts of Motor Driver
(Special Grade) in the Zoological Survey of India under the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change,
namely:-
2. Short title commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the Zoological Survey of India, Motor Driver
(Special Grade), Group ‘B’ Posts, Recruitment Rules, 2022.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
3. Number of posts, classification and level in the pay matrix. – The number of post, its classification and
the level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these
rules.
4. Method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications, etc. – The method of recruitment to the said post, age
limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
5. Disqualification. – No person, –
who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law
applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any

6. Power to relax. – Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do,
it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission,
relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
7. Savings. – Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age limit and other concessions
required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the ex-servicemen and other special
categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.
