ेंवैज्ञाजनक ‘बी’ के पि पर भती पद्धजत का जवजनर्मन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनर्म बनाती ह ैंअर्ाात :- 1. सजं क्षप्त नाम और प्रारंभ .- (1) इन जनर्मों का संजक्षप्त नाम पर्ाावरण, वन और िलवार्ु पररवतान मंत्रालर्, भारतीर् वनस्ट्पजत सवेक्षण (वैज्ञाजनक ‘बी’) भती जनर्म, 2026 ह।ै (2) र् ेरािपत्र में प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे। 2. पि-सख्ं र्ा, वगीकरण और वते न मरै रक्स म ें स्ट्तर .- पि की सख्ं र्ा, उसका वगीकरण और वेतन मैररक्स म ें स्ट्तर वह होगा, िो इन जनर्मों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्ट्तम्भ (2) से स्ट्तम्भ (4) में जवजनर्िाष्ट ह।ैं 961 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART हुए दकसी व्यजि स ेजववाह दकर्ा ह ैर्ा जववाह की संजविा की ह,ै उि पि पर जनर्ुजि का पात्र नहीं होगा: परन्त ु र्दि केन्रीर् सरकार का र्ह समाधान हो िाता ह ै दक ऐसा जववाह ऐसे व्यजि और जववाह के अन्र् पक्षकार को लागू स्ट्वीर् जवजध के अधीन अनुज्ञेर् ह ैऔर ऐसा करने के जलए अन्र् आधार ह ैं तो वह दकसी व्यजि को इस जनर्म के प्रवतान से छूट ि ेसकेगी। 5. जिजर्ल करन े की िजि .- िहा ं केन्रीर् सरकार की र्ह रार् ह ै दक ऐसा करना आवश्र्क र्ा समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके जलए िो कारण ह ैंउन्ह ेंलखे बद्ध करके तर्ा संघ लोक सेवा आर्ोग से परामिा करके इन जनर्मों के दकसी उपबंध को दकसी वगा र्ा प्रवग ाके व्यजिर्ों की बाबत, आििे द्वारा जिजर्ल कर सकेगी। 6. व्यावजृ त्त .- इन जनर्मों की कोई बात, ऐस े आरक्षण, आर्-ु सीमा म ें छूट और अन्र् ररर्ार्तों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालगे ी, जिनका केन्रीर् सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समर्-समर् पर िारी दकए गए आिेिों के अनसु ार अनुसूजचत िाजतर्ों, अनुसूजचत िनिाजतर्ों, अन्र् जपछड े वगों, भूतपूवा सैजनकों और अन्र् जविेष प्रवगा के व्यजिर्ों के जलए उपबंध करना अपेजक्षत ह।ै अ नुसूची पि का नाम। पि की संख्र्ा। (काबाजनक) में पररवीक्षा को जलए जनणाार्क पीएचडी की उपाजध। सफलतापूवाक पूरा तारीख वह होगी िो करने के जलए केन्रीर् संघ लोक सेवा आर्ोग सरकार द्वारा द्वारा जवज्ञाजपत की रटप्पण 1.- अपेजक्षत िैजक्षक अहता ाओं की र्र्ाजवजहत कम से िाए । जवजिष्ट जवद्या को भती के समर् अपेक्षानुसार कम िो सप्ताह की जवजनर्िाष्ट दकर्ा िाएगा। अवजध का प्रारजम्भक रटप्पण 2.- अहता ाएं, अन्र्र्ा सअु र्हता प्रजिक्षण अजनवार्ा होगा। अभ्र्र्र्ार्ों की ििा म ेंकारणों के जलए िो लेखबद्ध दकए िाएं, संघ लोक सेवा आर्ोग के जववेकानुसार जिजर्ल की िा सकती ह।ै रटप्पण 3.- अनुभव संबंधी अहता ाएं कारणों के जलए िो लेखबद्ध दकए िाएं संघ लोक सेवा आर्ोग के जववेकानुसार अनुसूजचत िाजतर्ों और अनुसूजचत िनिाजतर्ों के अभ्र्र्र्ार्ों की ििा में तब जिजर्ल की िा सकती ह ै िब चर्न के दकसी प्रक्म पर सघं लोक सेवा आर्ोग की र्ह रार् ह ै दक उनके जलए आरजक्षत ररजिर्ों को भरने के जलए अपेजक्षत अनुभव रखने वाल े उन समुिार्ों के अभ्र्र्र्ार्ों के पर्ााप्त संख्र्ा में उपलब्ध होन े की संभावना नहीं ह।ै भती की पद्धजत, भती प्रोन्नजत र्ा प्रजतजनर्ुजि र्ा आमेलन द्वारा सकने पर वेतन मरै रक्स के स्ट्तर-7 (44,900-1,42,400 रुपर्)े के वनस्ट्पजतज्ञ भारतीर् वनस्ट्पजत द्वारा, सवेक्षण के प्रभारी, जिन्होंने संबंजधत श्रेणी में पांच वषा की जनर्जमत पर्ाावरण, वन और सेवा की हो और वैज्ञाजनक कार्ाक्म तर्ा सामान्र् िलवार्ु पररवतान प्रिासन पर िो सप्ताह का अजनवार्ा जवभागीर् मंत्रालर् – सिस्ट्र् प्रजिक्षण सफलतापूवाक परू ा दकर्ा हो। (3) जनिेिक, भारतीर् रटप्पण 1 : इन जनर्मों के प्रारंभ की तारीख को वनस्ट्पजत सवेक्षण – सिस्ट्र् जनर्जमत आधार पर वेतन मैररक्स के स्ट्तर-7 (44,900-1,42,400 रुपए) में वनस्ट्पजतज्ञ र्ा जवभागीर् प्रोन्नजत पािप रसार्नज्ञ के जवद्यमान पिधाररर्ों के जलए सजहत, जिन्होंने ऐसी मंत्रालर् – सिस्ट्र् अहका /पात्रता सेवा पहल े ही पूरी कर ली है, (2) जनिेिक र्ा उप अगली उच्चत्तर श्रेणी म ें प्रोन्नजत के जलए अपनी सजचव (प्रिासन), पररवीक्षा दक अवजध सफलतापवू ाक पूरी of the Constitution and in supersession of the Botanical Survey of India, (Scientist ‘B’) Recruitment Rules, 2000, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the posts of Scientist ‘B’ in Botanical Survey of India under the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, namely:- 1. Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Botanical Survey of India, (Scientist ‘B’), Recruitment Rules, 2026. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Number of post, classification and level in the pay matrix.– The number of post, its classification and the level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, other qualifications, etc. – The method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule. 4. Disqualification. – No person, - (a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living, or (b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to the said post: Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule. 5. Power to relax. – Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons. 6. Saving. – Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, ex- Servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.
