New Delhi, the 29th September, 2025
S.O. 4455(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 12 of the Central Civil Services (Classification,
Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965 and in pursuance of the decision of the Government of India thereunder, the
President is pleased to order that Sh. Sagar Sengupta, Director(additional charge), National Brain Research Centre
(NBRC), Manesar shall act as the Disciplinary Authority by virtue of this order, and exercise all statutory or other
powers conferred on the regular Director and execute such functions, subject to the condition that he shall not modify
or overrule any prevalent orders without the approval of the Secretary, DBT.
