Regarding need to address the problems being faced by Tuberculosis (TB) patients and restart the movement to eradicate TB completely in the country-Laid SHRIMATI ANITA SUBHADARSHINI (ASKA): Pradhan Mantri TB Mukt Bharat Abhijan is Hon?ble Prime Minister?s most ambitious and successful health mission. The core idea is to turn this fight against TB into a people?s movement. Major role played by Nikshay Mitra (individuals, NGO?s, companies etc?) The TB patients get minimum of 6 months to 12 months nutritional food and other support. Challenge was to break the stigma in the society. My humble request to the Government of India for financial assistance to all district level units to follow the test again and get the exact repost or status of TB patients. The concern is because of stigma and discontinuation of medicines TB is occurring again. If we can run the campaign again as Sampurna TB Mukta Bharat then we will be able to eradicate TB completely from the society.
