Regarding promotion of MSMEs, and ancillaries via Regional Ring Road corridor DR. MALLU RAVI (NAGARKURNOOL): Thank you very much, hon. Chairperson Madam, for giving me an opportunity to speak about my parliamentary constituency, Nagarkurnool. Madam, I come from a very backward parliamentary constituency, and there are no MSMEs or heavy industries in Nagarkurnool. It is very much neglected in the field of MSMEs and heavy industries. Madam, unemployment is increasing significantly in my parliamentary constituency. Previous history shows that many of the youth went into Maoist activities, and now, that problem has come under control because there has been some improvement in the irrigation sector. Through you, Madam Chairperson, I would request the hon. Finance Minister to take up Nagarkurnool parliamentary constituency as a model constituency where she can give direction to all the banks to promote MSMEs, so that small and vulnerable sections of the society can start these MSMEs and get employment, and also generate employment for others. Also, through you, Madam Chairperson, I request the Minister of Heavy Industries to undertake a special study of the Nagarkurnool parliamentary constituency and try to establish some heavy industries there. Otherwise, he may also direct the heavy industries that are there in Hyderabad to have ancillaries in my parliamentary constituency. Madam, the Regional Ring Road (RRR) is passing through my constituency, and now, there is a scope for industrialisation. Hence, through you, I request the Minister of Heavy Industries and the Finance Minister to give some special attention to this backward area. Thank you very much.
