[Northern Railway (Road Safety Projects Unit)]
NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 4th June, 2026
S.O. 2855(E).— In exercise of the power conferred by clause (37-A) of Section 2 of the Railways
(Amendment) Act-2008, the Central Government hereby notifies the projects of -
1. “Provision of 2-lane ROB (at Railway Cost) in lieu of LC no. 108-C at KM 947.353” on Utratia- Sultanpur
section”
And
2. “Provision of lane ROB (at Railway Cost) in lieu of LC no. 138-AC at KM 973.806” on Utratia- Sultanpur
section”
in Lucknow Division of Northern Railway as a "Special Railway Projects" for acquisition of approximately 1.27
hectares of land in Amethi District in the State of Uttar Pradesh, for providing national infrastructure for public purpose
with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the official gazette.
