The conference is being held under the leadership of Justice Prakash Shrivastava, Chairperson, National Green Tribunal, and under the guidance of Justice Pushpa Sathyanarayana, along with other esteemed Members of the NGT. The two-day conference will be inaugurated by Justice M.M. Sundresh, Judge, Supreme Court of India, who will grace the occasion as the Chief Guest, in the presence of other distinguished dignitaries including Justice Aravind Kumar, Judge, Supreme Court of India (Special Guest), Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava, Chief Justice of the High Court of Madras (Guest of Honour), and Mr. Thangam Thennarasu, Minister, Government of Tamil Nadu, alongside Justice Prakash Shrivastava, Chairperson, NGT. The conference will bring together judicial officers, environmental experts, administrators, academicians and civil society representatives to foster institutional collaboration and advance a unified vision for environmental protection and sustainable development.
