**Legal Basis:** The notification is issued in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade Development and Regulation Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992), as amended, read with Para 1.3 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-2014.
**Amendments:** This notification amends Notification No. 85/RE2013/2009/2014 dated June 26, 2014, relating to the export of potatoes. Specifically, the table in para 2 of the earlier notification is substituted with the following:

S.O. 591(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development
and Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992), as amended, read with Para 1.3 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-2014,
the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in Notification No. 85(RE-2013)/2009-2014 dated
