जर्ियनगरम (५२५ दक जम) के बीच नई स्ट्र्ीकृत ततृ ीय रेलर्े लाइन पररयोिना के तहत जनगुवन्डी - बारंग (२२ दक जम) और खुिाव रोड - जर्ियनगरम (३६३ दक जम) के बीच तृतीय रेलर् े लाइन“ के जनमावण के जलए आर्श्यक ह,ै एतद्वारा ऐसी भूजम का अजधग्रहण करन े के अपन े इराि ेकी घोषणा करता ह।ै उक्त भूजम म ें रुजच रखने र्ाला कोई भी व्यजक्त आजधकाररक रािपत्र म ें इस अजधसूचना के प्रकािन की तारीख स े तीस दिनों की अर्जध के भीतर, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा बीस (डी) की उप-धारा (एक) के तहत उक्त उद्देश्य के जलए ऐसी भूजम के अजधग्रहण पर आपजत्त उठा सकता ह।ै प्रत्येक आपजत्त, सिम प्राजधकारी अथावत भूजम अजधग्रहण अजधकारी, गंिाम, राज्य - Vizianagaram (363 Kms) of newly sanctioned 3rd line between Bhadrak- Vizianagarm project (525Km)” under Khurda Road and Waltair Division of East Coast Railway in the State of Odisha and Andhra Pradesh.” hereby declares its intention to acquire such land. Any person interested in the said land may within a period of thirty days from the date of publication of the notification in the Official Gazette, raise objection to the acquisition of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub- section (1) of section 20D of the said Act. Every objection shall be made to the competent authority, namely Land Acquisition Officer, Ganjam, State - Odisha for “3rd line between Nirgundi – Barang (22 Km) & Khurda Road - Vizianagaram (363 Kms) of newly sanctioned 3rd line between Bhadrak-Vizianagarm project (525Km)” under Khurda Road and Waltair Division of East Coast Railway in the State of Odisha and Andhra Pradesh.” in writing and shall set out grounds thereof, and competent authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or through a legal practitioner, and may, after hearing all such objections and after making such further inquiry, if any, as the competent authority thinks necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections.4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] Any order made by the competent authority under sub-section (2) of section 20D of the said Act shall be final. The land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the competent authority.
