उक्त अजधसूचना का सार िैजनक स्ट्र्ानीय समाचार पत्रों में, यर्ा तेलुगु " आंध्रज्योजत" (श्रीकाकुलम संस्ट्करण) में,
और अंग्रेिी " ि टाइम्स ऑफ़ इजण्डया" में प्रकाजित ककया गया र्ा।

और िबकक सक्षम प्राजधकारी द्वारा ककसी व्यजक्त से कोई आपजि प्राप्त नहीं की गई ह।ै
और िबकक उक्त अजधजनयम के धारा 20ई की उपधारा (1) के अनुसरण में, सक्षम प्राजधकारी न े केंद्र
सरकार की अपनी ररपोटव प्रस्ट्तुत की ह।ै
अब, इसजलए, सक्षम प्राजधकारी की उक्त ररपोटव प्राप्त होन े पर और उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20 की उप-
धारा (1) द्वारा प्रिि िजक्तयों के प्रयोग में, केंद्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा घोजषत करती ह ै कक उक्त अनुसूची में जनर्िवष्ट
भूजम को उपरोक्त उद्देश्य के जलए अजधग्रजहत ककया िाना चाजहए।
और आगे, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20 की उपधारा (2) के अनुसरण में, केन्द्द्र सरकार यह घोषणा
करती ह ै कक, सरकारी रािपत्र में इस घोषणा के प्रकािन के बाि, उक्त अनुसूची में बाधाओं से मुक्त जनर्िवष्ट भूजम
पूणव रूप से केन्द्द्रीय सरकार में जनजहत होगी।

S.O. 2355(E).— whereas, by the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Railways (East
Coast Railway, Construction Organization), Notification number, S.O. 824€. dated the 14th February, 2025 published
in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3 Sub-section (ii), dated the 14th February, 2025 (here in after
referred to as the said notification) and issued under sub-section (1) of section 20A of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of
1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declares its intention to acquire the land
specified in the schedule annexed to the said notification for the purpose of execution, maintenance, management and
operation of Special Railway Project, namely, Construction of Road Over Bridge in lieu of closing of manned LC
No ML-426 at Km 748/5-7 between Urlam (ULM) – Srikakulam (CHE) on Main Line of Waltair Division”.
And whereas, the substance of the said notification was published in daily local newspapers namely
“ANDHRAJYOTHI” in Telugu (Srikakulam Edition), and “THE TIMS OF INDIA in English Dated 25th February,
2025 under sub-section (4) of section 20A of the said Act.
And whereas no objection has been received from any person by the competent authority.
And whereas in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 20E of the said Act, the Competent Authority has
submitted its report of the Central Government.
Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the Competent Authority and in exercise of the powers
conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land
specified in the said schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose.
And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby
declares that on publication of this declaration in the Officials Gazette, the land specified in the said schedule shall

LAND SCHEDULE
Brief description of the land to be acquired with or without structures, falling within the Special Railway Project
namely “Construction of Road Over Bridge in lieu of closing of manned LC No ML-426 at Km 748/5-7 between
Urlam (ULM) – Srikakulam (CHE) on Main Line of Waltair Division” in Srikakulam District in the State of
Andhra Pradesh. Kasimvalasapeta & Krishnapuram villages are in Srikakulam District in the State of Andhra Pradesh
under Competent Authority the Spl Land Acquisition Officer, Srikakulam, in the district Srikakulam in the State of
ANDHRA PRADESH.
