और िबकक उक्त अजधजनयम के धारा 20ई की उपधारा (1) के अनुसरण म,ें सक्षम प्राजधकारी न े केंद्र सरकार की
अपनी ररपोटव प्रस्ट्तुत की ह।ै
अब, इसजलए, सक्षम प्राजधकारी की उक्त ररपोटव प्राप्त होने पर और उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20 की उप-धारा (1)
द्वारा प्रिि िजक्तयों के प्रयोग म,ें केंद्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा घोजषत करती ह ैकक उक्त अनुसूची में जनर्िवष्ट भूजम को उपरोक्त उद्दश्े य
के जलए अजधग्रजहत ककया िाना चाजहए।
और आगे, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20 की उपधारा (2) के अनुसरण म,ें केन्द्र सरकार यह घोषणा करती ह ै कक,

NOTIFICATION
Bhubaneswar, the 27th May, 2025
S.O. 2357(E).—Whereas, by the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Railways (East
Coast Railway, Construction Organisation), Notification number, S.O. 527(E). dated the 30th January, 2025 published
in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3 Sub-section (ii), dated the 30th January, 2025 (hereinafter referred
to as the said notification) and issued under sub-section (1) of section 20A of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989)
(hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declares its intention to acquire the land specified in
the schedule annexed to the said notification for the purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation of
Special Railway Project, namely, “Construction of Road Over Bridge in lieu of closing of manned LC No ML-
430 at Km 754/23-25 between Srikakulam (CHE) – Dusi (DSI) on Main Line of Waltair Division”.
And whereas, the substance of the said notification was published in daily local newspapers namely
“SAKSHI” in Telugu (Srikakulam Edition), and New Indian Express” in English Dated 25th February, 2025 under
sub section (4) of section 20A of the said Act;
And whereas no objection has been received from any person by the competent authority.
And whereas in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 20E of the said Act, the Competent Authority has
submitted its report of the Central Government.
Now therefore, upon receipt of the report of the Competent Authority, and in exercise of the powers
conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the lands
specified in the schedule annexed hereto shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;
And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby
declares that on publication of the notification in the official Gazette, the land specified in the schedule annexed hereto
shall vest absolutely in the Central Government free from all encumbrances.
