जर्ियिगरम के बीच दकमी 815/27-29 पर मािर्यक्तु एलसी सख्ं या एमएल-461 को बिं करि े के बिल े रोड ओर्र जिि का जिमाणव " के जिमावण का रखरखार्, प्रबंधि और संचालि, आंध्र प्रििे राज्य के जिला- श्रीकाकुलम में जिर्िष्टव भूजमका अजधग्रहण करिे के अपिे इरािे की घोषणा करती ह।ै और, उक्त अजधसूचिा का सार िैजिक स्ट्र्ािीय समाचार पत्रों अर्ावत ् तले गु ु में " प्रिािजक्त " (श्रीकाकुलम & जर्िाखापत्तिम संस्ट्करण) म ेंदििांक 14 अप्रैल, 2026 को और अग्रं ेिी म ें“न्य ूइंजडयि एक्सप्रसे ” (जर्िाखापत्तिम संस्ट्करण) में दििांक 14 अप्रलै , 2026 को उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20ए की उपधारा (4) के तहत प्रकाजित हुआर्ा। और िबदक सक्षम प्राजधकारी द्वारा दकसी व्यजक्त स ेकोई आपजत्त प्राप्त िहीं की गई ह।ै और, सक्षम प्राजधकारी ि े उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20ई की उपधारा (1) के अिुसरण म ेंअपिी ररपोटव केंद्र सरकार को सौंप िी ह।ै 4247 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] अत: अब केंद्र सरकार, सक्षम प्राजधकारी से ररपोटव प्राप्त होिे पर और उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20ई की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत ेहुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ैदक यहां संलग्न अिुसूची में जर्जिर्िवष्ट भूजम उपरोक्त उद्देश्य के जलए अजधग्रहण दकया िाएगा | अत: यह की केंद्र सरकार उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20ई की उप-धारा (2) के अिुसरण म,ें यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक आजधकाररक रािपत्र में अजधसूचिा के प्रकािि पर, यहां संलग्न अिुसूची में जर्जिर्िवष्ट भूजम सभी जर्ल्लग्रो स े मुक्त हो कर केंद्र सरकार में जिजहत हो िाएगी। अिसु चू ी आध्रं प्रिेि राज्य के जिला- जर्ियिगरम ्म ेंजर्िषे रेलर् ेपररयोििा अर्ातव ् " र्ाल्टेयर जडर्ीिि की मख्ु य लाइि पर िल्े लीमला व - Vizianagaram on Main Line of Waltair Division.” in the Vizianagaram district state of Andhra Pradesh. And whereas, the substance of the said notification was published in daily local newspapers namely "PRAJASAKTI" in Telugu (Srikakulam & Visakhapatnam Edition) on dated 14th April, 2026 and “NEW INDIAN EXPRESS” in English (Visakhapatnam Edition) dated 14th April, 2026 under sub- section (4) of section 20A of the said Act and whereas no objection has been received from any person by the competent authority. And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 20E of the said Act, the Competent Authority has submitted its report to the Central Government. Now therefore, upon receipt of the report of the Competent Authority, and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the lands specified in the schedule annexed here to shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose; And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on publication of the notification in the official Gazette, the land specified in the schedule annexed here to shall vest absolutely in the Central Government free from all encumbrances.
