S.O. 4417(E).— In exercise of the powers, conferred by Section-20F(6) of The Railways (Amendment) Act, 2008(11
of 2008) the Central Government hereby authorize the officer mentioned in column (2) of the Table below as the
Arbitrator to perform the function of such authority under said Act in respect of area of the Special Railway Project
