जिष्पादि के जलए आर्श्यक ह,ै अर्ावत्, आध्रं प्रदेि राज्य के श्रीकाकुलम जिले में "खुर्ाा रोड धडवीजि के तहत हॉवडा-
धवशाखापत्तिम मुख्य लाइि पर सुरला रोड (SLRD)-इच्छापरु म (IPM) स्टेशिों के बीच KM 621/28-30 पर आर.ओ.बी
(रोड ओवर धिज) संख्या 326 का धिमााण।", इसके द्वारा ऐसी भूजम का अजधग्रहण करि े का इरादा घोजषत करती ह।ै
उक्त भूजम में जहतबद्ध कोई भी व्यजक्त, अजधसूचिा के रािपत्र में प्रकािि की तारीख से (30) तीस कदि की अर्जध के भीतर,
उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20घ की उपधारा (1) के अधीि प्रयोिि के जलए ऐसी भूजम के अििव पर आपजत्त उठा सकेगा।
प्रत्येक आपजत्त, सिम प्राजधकारी अर्ावत भूधम अधिग्रहण के धलए सक्षम प्राधिकारी (काला) रािस्ट्र् मंडलीय अजधकारी
(आरडीओ)/ पालसा को खुर्ा ा रोड धडवीजि के तहत हॉवडा-धवशाखापटिम मुख्य लाइि पर सुरला रोड (SLRD)-
इच्छापरु म (IPM) स्टेशिों के बीच KM 621/28-30 पर आर.ओ.बी (रोड ओवर धिज) संख्या 326 के जिमावण के संबंध म ें

आर्श्यक समझे आपजत्तयों को स्ट्र्ीकार या अस्ट्र्ीकार कर सकेगा।
उक्त अजधजियम के 20D की उप-धारा(2) के अंतगवत सिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा िारी ककया गया कोई भी आदिे को अंजतम
मािा िाएगा। इस अजधसूचिा के अंतगवत आिे र्ाली भूजम की योििाएं और अन्य जर्र्रण उपलब्ध ह ैं और इच्छुक व्यजक्त
द्वारा सिम प्राजधकारी के उपरोक्त कायावलय में उिका जिरीिण ककया िा सकता ह।ै

NOTIFICATION
Bhubaneswar, the 25th February, 2026
Notice under Section 20A of the Railways Act-,1989
S.O. 1004(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20A of the Railways
(Amendment) Act, 1989 (24/89) (hereinafter referred as the said Act.), the Central Government, after being satisfied
that for the public purpose, the Land, brief description of which is given in the schedule annexed here to is required
for the execution of Special Railway Project, namely, “Construction of Road Over Bridge in lieu of closing of[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3
manned LC NO-326 at KM 621/28-30 between Surla Rd.(SLRD)-Ichhapuram(IPM) on Howrah Visakhapatnam main
line under Khurda Road Division.” in Srikakulum district in the state of Andhra Pradesh, hereby declares its intention
to acquire such land.
Any person interested in the said land may within a period of (30) thirty days from the date of publication of
the notification in the Official Gazette, raise objection to the acquisition of such land for the aforesaid purpose under
sub-section(1) of section 20D of the said Act.
Every objection shall be made to the competent authority, namely Competent Authority for Land
Acquisition (CALA) Revenue Divisional Officer (RDO), Palasa for Construction of ROB in lieu of closing of
manned of LC NO-326 at KM 621/28-30 between Surla Rd. (SLRD)-Ichhapuram(IPM) on Howrah
Visakhapatnam main line under Khurda Road Division in writing, and shall set out grounds thereof and competent
authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or through a legal practitioner, and
may, after hearing all such objections and after making such further inquiry, if any, as the competent authority thinks
necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections.
Any order made by the competent authority under sub-section (2) of 20D of the said Act shall be final. The
land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected by the
interested person at the aforesaid office of the competent authority.
