जर्ियिगरम के बीच ककमी 815/27-29 पर मािर्यक्तु एलसी सख्ं या एमएल-461 को बदं करि े के बदल े रोड ओर्र जिि का जिमाणव ” इसके द्वारा ऐसी भजू म का अजधग्रहण करि े का इरादा घोजषत करती ह।ै उक्त भूजम में जहतबद्ध कोई भी व्यजक्त, अजधसूचिा के रािपत्र में प्रकािि की तारीख स े (30) तीस कदि की अर्जध के भीतर, उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20घ की उपधारा(1) के अधीि प्रयोिि के जलए ऐसी भूजम के अिवि पर आपजत्त उठा सकेगा। 2387 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] प्रत्येक आपजत्त, सिम प्राजधकारी अर्ावत भजू म अजधग्रहण के जलए सिम प्राजधकारी (काला) रािस्ट्र् मडं लीय अजधकारी (आरडीओ)/ जर्ियिगरम को र्ाल्टेयर जडर्ीिि की मख्ु य लाइि पर िल्े लीमला व - जर्ियिगरम के बीच ककमी 815/27-29 पर मािर्यक्तु एलसी सख्ं या एमएल-461 को बदं करि े के बदल े रोड ओर्र जिि का जिमाणव के संबंध में जलजखत रूप में आर्ेदि प्रस्ट्तुत की िाएगी तर्ा ऐसे आपजत्त के आधार जिधावररत ककया िाएंगा और सिम प्राजधकारी, आपजत्तकताव को चाह ेर्ह व्यजक्तगत रुप स ेहो या किर ककसी जर्जध व्यर्सायी के माध्यम से, सुिर्ाई का अर्सर दगे ा, और ऐस े आपजत्तयां सुिि े के पश्चात ्और आर्श्यक आगे की िांच, यकद कोई हो, करि े के पश्चात,् िैसा कक सिम प्राजधकारी आर्श्यक समझे आपजत्तयों को स्ट्र्ीकार या अस्ट्र्ीकार कर सकेगा। उक्त अजधजियम के 20D की उप-धारा(2) के अतं गतव सिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा िारी ककया गया कोई भी आदिे को अंजतम मािा िाएगा। इस अजधसूचिा के अंतगवत आिे र्ाली भूजम की योििाएं और अन्य जर्र्रण उपलब्ध ह ैं और इच्छुक व्यजक्त द्वारा सिम प्राजधकारी के उपरोक्त कायावलय म ेंउिका जिरीिण ककया िा सकता ह।ै अिसु चू ी जर्िेष रेलर्े पररयोििा अर्ातव ् आध्रं प्रदेि राज्य के जर्ियिगरम जिले में “र्ाल्टेयर जडर्ीिि की मख्ु य लाइि पर िल्े लीमला व - Every objection shall be made to the competent authority, namely Competent Authority Land Acquisition (CALA) i.e. The Revenue Divisional officer (RDO), Vizianagaram for Construction of Road Over Bridge in lieu of closing of manned LC No ML-461 at Km 815/27-29 between Nellimarla – Vizianagaram on Main Line of Waltair Division” in writing, and shall set out grounds thereof and competent authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being head, either in person or through a legal practitioner and may after hearing all such objections and after making such further inquiry if any as the competent authority thinks necessary by order either allow or disallow the objections. Any order made by the competent authority under sub-section (2) of 20D of the said Act shall be final. The land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the competent authority.
