की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केंद्र सरकार, इस बात से संतुष्ट होिे के बाि दक सार्विजिक उद्देश्य के जलए,
भूजम, जिसका संजिप्त जर्र्रण इसके साथ संलग्न अिुसूची में दिया गया ह,ै ओजडिा राज्य में अंगुल जिले में जर्िेष रेलर्े पररयोििा,
अथावत, “ओजडिा राज्य में पूर् व तट रेलर् े के खुिाव रोड जडर्ीज़ि के अंतगवत तालचेर-जबमलागढ़ िई ब्रॉडगेि रेलपथ प्रकल्प” का जिमाणव
के जलए आर्श्यक है। एतद्वारा ऐसी भूजम का अजधग्रहण करिे के अपिे इराि ेकी घोषणा करता ह;ै
उक्तभूजम में रुजच रखिे र्ाला कोई भी व्यजक्त कर सकता है। आजधकाररक रािपत्र में इस अजधसूचिा के प्रकािि की तारीख से
तीस दििों की अर्जध के भीतर, उक्त अजधजियम की धारा बीसडी की उप-धारा (एक) के तहत उक्त उद्देश्य के जलए ऐसी भूजम के
अजधग्रहण पर आपजत्त उठाएं;
प्रत्येक आपजत्त सिम प्राजधकारी, अथावत, जर्िेष भूजम अजधग्रहण अजधकारी, तालचेर-जबमलागढ़ िई ब्रॉडगेि रेलपथ प्रकल्प,
तालचेर, जिला – अंगुल, राज्य – ओड़ीिा को जलजखत रूप में की िाएगी, और उसके आधार जिधावररत करेगा और सिम प्राजधकारी
आपजत्तकताव को व्यजक्तगत रूप से या दकसी कािूिी व्यर्सायी के माध्यम से सुिर्ाई का अर्सर िेगा, और उसके बाि, ऐसी सभी

उक्त अजधजियम की धारा बीस डी की उप-धारा (िो) केतहत सिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा दकया गया कोई भी आिेि अंजतम होगा।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 1st July, 2025
Notice under Section 20A of the Railways Act 1989
S.O. 2948(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20A of the Railways (Amendment)
Act, 1989 (24/89) (hereinafter referred as the said Act.), the Central Government, after being satisfied that for the public
purpose, the Land, brief description of which is given in the schedule annexed here to, is required for the execution of the
Special Railway Project,namely, “Talcher-Bimalagarh New B.G. Rail Link Project”under Khurda Road Division of East
Coast Railway in the State of Odisha, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land.
Any person interested in the said land may within a period of thirty days from the date of publication of the
notification in the Official Gazette, raise objection to the acquisition of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub-
section (1) of section 20D of the said Act.
Every objection shall be made to the competent authority, namely Special Land Acquisition Officer, Talcher-
Bimalagarh New B.G. Rail Link, Talcher, Dist:-Angul, Odisha in writing, and shall set out grounds thereof and competent
authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or through a legal practitioner, and may,
after hearing all such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any, as the competent authority thinks necessary,
by order, either allow or disallow the objections.
Any order made by the competent authority under sub-section (2) of section 20D of the said Act shall be final.
The land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected by the
