का.आ. 2950(अ).—रेलर् े (संिोधि) अजधजियम, 1989 (24/89) (जिसे इसके बाद उक्त अजधजियम कहा गया ह)ै की धारा
20 ए की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजक्तयों के तहत, केंद्र सरकार इस बात से संतुष्ट होिे के बाद कक सार्विजिक उद्देश्य के जलए, भूजम,
जिसका संजिप्त जर्र्रण यहां संलग्न अिुसूची में कदया गया ह,ै जर्िषे रेलर् े पटरयोििा के जिष्पादि के जलए आर्श्यक ह,ै अर्ावत्, आंध्र
प्रदेि राज्य के जर्िाखापत्तिम जिले में "दर्ु ड्डा और जसम्हाचलम उत्तर तीसरी और चौर्ी रेलर् े लाइि (20.543 ककमी)। ", इसके द्वारा
ऐसी भूजम का अजधग्रहण करिे का इरादा घोजषत करती है।
उक्त भूजम में जहतबद्ध कोई भी व्यजक्त, अजधसूचिा के रािपत्र में प्रकािि की तारीख से तीस कदि की अर्जध के भीतर, उक्त
अजधजियम की धारा 20डी की उपधारा (1) के अधीि पूर्ोक्त प्रयोिि के जलए ऐसी भूजम के अिवि पर आपजत्त उठा सकेगा।
प्रत्येक आपजत्त, सिम प्राजधकारी अर्ावत जर्िेष भूजम अजधग्रहण अजधकारी, दर्ु ड्डा और जसम्हाचलम उत्तर तृतीय एर् ं चतुर्व
रेलर्े लाइि (20.543 ककमी) के जिमावणके संबंध में जलजखत रूप में आर्ेदि प्रस्ट्तुत की िाएगीतर्ा ऐसे आपजत्त के आधार जिधावटरत
ककया िाएंगा और सिम प्राजधकारी, आपजत्तकताव को चाह े र्ह व्यजक्तगत रुप से हो या किर ककसी जर्जध व्यर्सायी के माध्यम से,
सुिर्ाई का अर्सर देगा, और ऐसे आपजत्तयां सुििे के पश्चात् और आर्श्यक आगे की िांच, यकद कोई हो, करिे के पश्चात्, िैसा कक
सिम प्राजधकारी आर्श्यक समझे आपजत्तयों को स्ट्र्ीकार या अस्ट्र्ीकार कर सकेगा।

Notice under Section 20A of the Railways Act, 1989
S.O. 2950(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20A of the Railways (Amendment)
Act, 1989 (24/89) (hereinafter referred as the said Act.), the Central Government, after being satisfied that for the public
purpose, the Land, brief description of which is given in the schedule annexed here to ,is required for the execution of
Special Railway Project, namely, “Duvadda and Simhachalam North 3rd & 4th Railway Line (20.543 Km.).” in
Visakhapatnam district in the state of Andhra Pradesh, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land.
Any person interested in the said land may within a period of thirty days from the date of publication of the
notification in the Official Gazette, raise objection to the acquisition of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub-
section (1) of section 20D of the said Act.
Every objection shall be made to the competent authority, namely. Spl. Land Acquisition Officer, Duvadda and
Simhachalam North 3rd & 4th Railway Line (20.543 Km.)in writing, and shall set out grounds thereof and competent
authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or through a legal practitioner, and may,
after hearing all such objections and after making such further inquiry, if any, as the competent authority thinks necessary,
by order, either allow or disallow the objections.
Any order made by the competent authority under sub-section (2) of 20D of the said Act shall be final.
The land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected by
the interested person at the aforesaid office of the competent authority.
