रेलर् ेअजधजियम एक हिार िौ सौ िर्ासी की धारा बीस ए के तहत सचू िा
का.आ. 869(अ).—रेलर्े (संिोधि) अजधजियम, 1989 (इसके बाद उक्त अजधजियम के रूप म ेंसंदर्भवत) की धारा
20ए की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, केंद्र सरकार, इस बात स े सतं ुष्ट होि े के बाद कक सार्विजिक
उद्देश्य के जलए, भूजम, जिसका संजिप्त जर्र्रण यहां सलं ग्न अिसु ूची में कदया गया है, जर्िेष रेलर्े पररयोििा के जिष्पादि के
जलए आर्श्यक ह,ै अर्ावत्, “र्ाल्टेयर जडर्ीिि की मख्ु य लाइि पर िौपाडा (एिडब्लल्यपू ी) - कोटाबोम्माली (केबीएम) के बीच
ककमी 702/31-33 पर मािर्यक्तु एलसी सख्ं या एमएल-393 को बदं करि े के बदल े म ें रोड ओर्र जिि का जिमाणव '' इसके
द्वारा ऐसी भूजम का अजधग्रहण करिे के अपिे इरादे की घोषणा करता ह।ै
उक्त भूजम में रुजच रखिे र्ाला कोई भी व्यजक्त आजधकाररक रािपत्र में अजधसूचिा के प्रकािि की तारीख से तीस
कदिों की अर्जध के भीतर, उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20 डी की उप-धारा (1) के तहत उपरोक्त उद्दश्े य के जलए ऐसी भूजम के
अजधग्रहण पर आपजत्त उठा सकता ह।ै

प्रत्येक आपजत्त जलजखत रूप में िौपाडा (एिडब्लल्यूपी) - र्ाल्टेयर जडर्ीिि की मुख्य लाइि पर कोटाबोम्माली
(केबीएम) के बीच ककमी 702/31-33 पर मािर्युक्त एलसी िंबर एमएल-393 को बंद करिे के बदले रोड ओर्र जिि के
जिमावण के जलए भूजम अजधग्रहण के जलए सिम प्राजधकारी (सीएएलए) यािी रािस्ट्र् मडं ल अजधकारी, तेक्काली को जलजखत
रूप में दी िाएगी, और इसके जलए आधार जिधावररत करेगा और सिम प्राजधकारी आपजत्तकताव को देगा। प्रधाि बििे का
अर्सर, या तो व्यजक्तगत रूप से या ककसी कािूिी व्यर्सायी के माध्यम से और ऐसी सभी आपजत्तयों को सुिि े के बाद और
ऐसी आग ेकी िांच करिे के बाद, यकद कोई हो, सिम प्राजधकारी आदिे द्वारा आर्श्यक समझे तो आपजत्तयों को स्ट्र्ीकार या
अस्ट्र्ीकार कर सकता ह।ै
उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20डी की उपधारा (2) के तहत सिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा ककया गया कोई भी आदेि अंजतम
होगा। इस अजधसूचिा के अंतगतव आिे र्ाली भूजम की भूजम योििाएं और अन्य जर्र्रण उपलब्लध ह ैंऔर इच्छुक व्यजक्त सिम
प्राजधकारी के उपरोक्त कायावलय में इसका जिरीिण कर सकत ेह।ैं

NOTIFICATION
Bhubaneswar, the 19th February, 2025
Notice under Section 20A of the Railways Act-1989
S.O. 869(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20A of the Railways (Amendment)
Act, 1989 (herein after referred as the said Act.), the Central Government, after being satisfied that for the public
purpose, the Land, brief description of which is given in the schedule annexed here to is required for the execution of
Special Railway Project, namely, “Construction of Road Over Bridge in lieu of closing of manned LC No ML-
393 at Km 702/31-33 between Naupada (NWP) – Kotabommali (KBM) on Main Line of Waltair Division” hereby
declares its intention to acquire such land.
Any person interested in the said land may within a period of thirty days from the date of publication of the
notification in the official Gazette, raise objection to the acquisition of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub-
section(1) of section 20D of the said Act.
Every objection shall be made to the competent authority namely “Competent Authority for Land
Acquisition (CALA) i.e. Revenue Divisional Officer, Tekkali for Construction of Road Over Bridge in lieu of
closing of manned LC No ML-393 at Km 702/31-33 between Naupada (NWP) – Kotabommali (KBM) on Main
Line of Waltair Division” in writing, and shall set out grounds thereof and competent authority shall give the objector
an opportunity of being head, either in person or through a legal practitioner and may after hearing all such objections
and after making such further inquiry if any as the competent authority thinks necessary by order either allow or disallow
the objections.
Any order made by the competent authority under sub-section (2) of 20D of the said Act shall be final. The
land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected by the interested
person at the aforesaid office of the competent authority.
