और चूंकक, उक्त अजधसूचिा के संबंध में जिर्िवष्ट अर्जध के भीतर ििता से कोई आपजि प्राप्त िहीं हुई र्ी;

और िबकक, उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20ई की उपधारा (1) के अिुसरण म ें सक्षम प्राजधकारी ि े अपिी ररपोटव
केन्द्द्र सरकार को प्रस्ट्तुत कर िी ह।ै
अतः अब सक्षम प्राजधकारी की ररपोटव प्राप्त होि े पर तर्ा उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20ई की उपधारा (1) द्वारा
प्रिि िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा घोषणा करती ह ै कक यहां संलग्न अिुसूची में जर्जिर्िवष्ट भूजम
पूर्ोक्त प्रयोिि के जलए अर्िवत की िाएगी;
और इसके अजतररक्त, उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20ई की उपधारा (2) के अिुसरण में, केन्द्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा
घोषणा करती ह ै कक रािपत्र में अजधसूचिा के प्रकािि पर, संलग्न अिुसूची म ें जर्जिर्िवष्ट भूजम सभी भारों से मक्तु होकर
पूणवतः केन्द्द्रीय सरकार में जिजहत हो िाएगी ।

NOTIFICATION

Notice Under Section 20E of the Railway Act, 1989
S.O. 3934(E).— Whereas, by the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Railways (East
Coast Railway, Construction Organisation), Notification number, S.O. 90 (E). dated the 3rd January, 2025 published in
Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3 Sub-section (ii), dated the the 3rd January, 2025 (herein after referred
to as the said notification) and issued under sub-section (1) of section 20A of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989)
(herein after referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declares its intention to acquire the land specified in
the schedule annexed to the said notification for the purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation of[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3
Special Railway Project, namely, “3rd & 4th Line in between Visakhapatnam (VSKP)- Gopalapatnam (GPT)
(15.31 Km.)” in Visakhapatnam district in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
And whereas, the substance of the said notification was published in daily local newspapers namely "Sakshi"
in Telugu (Visakhapatnam Edition) dated 05th February, 2025, and "The Times of India" in English (Visakhapatnam
Edition) dated 06th February, 2025 under sub-section (4) of section 20A of the said Act;
And whereas, no objections were received from the public in respect of the said notification within the
specified period;
And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 20E of the said Act, the Competent Authority has
submitted its report to the Central Government.
Now therefore, upon receipt of the report of the Competent Authority, and in exercise of the powers
conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the lands
specified in the schedule annexed here to shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;
And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby
declares that on publication of the notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the schedule annexed here
to shall vest absolutely in the Central Government free from all encumbrances.
