Ministry of Finance Reserve Bank of India conducts special MSME Workshop and Townhall meeting at Wardha Posted On: 17 APR 2026 6:27PM by PIB Mumbai Nagpur, April 17, 2026 The Reserve Bank of India, Nagpur organized a district-specific Vidarbha Specific Training for Empowering MSMEs (VSTEM) Workshop along with a Townhall meeting at Wardha on April 17, 2026, to promote financial inclusion and MSME development. Over 200 MSMEs and aspiring entrepreneurs from the district participated in the programme. This was the fourth VSTEM workshop in the series, following similar initiatives in Gadchiroli, Nagpur, and Yavatmal, aimed at enabling entrepreneurs to access formal credit and institutional support.Shri Sachin Y. Shende, Regional Director, RBI, Nagpur, presided over the workshop. Ms. Anjana Shyamnath, Deputy General Manager, RBI, along with senior officials from major banks, NABARD, District Industries Centre, Government of Maharashtra, and the Lead District Manager (Wardha), attended the event.
