On December 12, 2025, the Reserve Bank of India conducted an underwriting auction for Additional Competitive Underwriting (ACU) of government securities. The cut-off rates for underwriting commission payable to Primary Dealers have been set.
The 6.68% GS 2040 security has a notified amount of ₹16,000 crore, a Minimum Underwriting Commitment (MUC) amount of ₹8,001 crore, an Additional Competitive Underwriting Amount Accepted of ₹7,999 crore, a total amount underwritten of ₹16,000 crore, and an ACU Commission Cut-off rate of 1.80 (Paise per ₹100).
The 6.90% GS 2065 security has a notified amount of ₹12,000 crore, a Minimum Underwriting Commitment (MUC) amount of ₹6,006 crore, an Additional Competitive Underwriting Amount Accepted of ₹5,994 crore, a total amount underwritten of ₹12,000 crore, and an ACU Commission Cut-off rate of 1.34 (Paise per ₹100).
