**Summary:**
The Ministry of Women and Child Development launched the revamped Mission Vatsalya Portal on July 25, 2025. This integrated digital platform streamlines child protection services for stakeholders at the state and district levels. The portal unifies previously separate services like KhoyaPaya and TrackChild, offering a single digital platform for State Child Protection Societies, State Adoption Resource Agencies, District Child Protection Units, Child Welfare Committees, Juvenile Justice Boards, Special Juvenile Police Units, and Child Care Institutions. Key benefits include reduced duplication of effort, enhanced monitoring through MIS dashboards, and optimized resource utilization. The portal integrates the Toll-free Child Helpline 1098, a 24/7/365 service for children in difficult circumstances, with the Emergency Response Support System 112 (ERSS112) and Women Helpline 181. Case information reported through the Child Helpline is also accessible via the portal. The Ministry, in collaboration with Savitribai Phule National Institute of Women and Child Development (SPNIWCD), has conducted training for Master trainers across all States/UTs to ensure effective portal implementation. Login credentials have been provided to all relevant stakeholders, including agencies and NGOs involved in the Mission Vatsalya scheme. This information was provided by the Minister of State for Women and Child Development, Smt. Savitri Thakur, in Lok Sabha.
