Ms. No. 489, Health and Family Welfare (R1), 22nd December 2017, ñ£˜èN, 7, nAés«Ã, F¼õœÀõ˜ ݇´-2048.] No. SRO B-3/2018.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Health and Family Welfare Department Notifi cation No.SRO B-20/93, published at page 22 of part III-Section 1(b) of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated 10th February 1993. 2. The Amendment hereby made shall be deemed to have come into force on and from 10th February 1993. AMENDMENT In the said Notifi cation, in the Preamble, para 2 shall be omitted. J. Ms. No. 948, Home (Police.1), 28th December 2017, ñ£˜èN, 13, nAés«Ã, F¼õœÀõ˜ ݇´-2048.] No. SRO B-4/2018.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendments to the Special Rules for the Tamil Nadu Police Service (Section 22 in Volume II of the Tamil Nadu Services Manual, 2016). AMENDMENTS In the said Special Rules.— (1) in rule 2, in the tabular column, in column (2), under the heading “Class IA”, against the entry "Category (2) Deputy Superintendent of Police (Technical)'' in column (1), for clauses (a) and (b), the following clause shall be substituted, namely:- “Recruitment by transfer from the post of Inspector (Technical)”. and (2) in rule 4, in sub-rule (F), in the Table, against the entry “Deputy Superintendent of Police (Technical)” in column (1),— (i) the entry “(i) Direct Recruitment” in column (2) and the corresponding entries relating thereto in column (3) shall be omitted; (ii) in the entry “(ii) Recruitment by transfer” in column (2), the expression “(ii)” shall be omitted. Ms. No. 3, Labour and Employment (E1), 8th January 2018, ñ£˜èN, 24, nAés«Ã, F¼õœÀõ˜ ݇´-2048.] No. SRO B-5/2018.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendments to the Special Rules for the Tamil Nadu Labour Service (Section 20-B in Volume II of the Tamil Nadu Services Manual, 1979). 2. The amendments hereby made shall be deemed to have come into force on the 26th August 2010. AMENDMENTS. In the said Rules.- (1) for the expression “Joint Commissioner of Labour” wherever it occur, the expression “Additional Commissioner of Labour” shall be substituted; (2) for the expression “Deputy Commissioner of Labour” wherever it occur, the expression “Joint Commissioner of Labour” shall be substitued; (3) for the expression “Assistant Commissioner of Labour (Establishment and General)” wherever it occur, the expression “Deputy Commissioner of Labour (Establishment and General)” shall be substituted; (4) for the expression “Assistant Commissioner of Labour” wherever it occur, the expression “Deputy Commissioner of Labour” shall be substituted; (5) for the expression “Labour Offi cers” wherever it occur, the expression “Assistant Commissioners of Labour” shall be substituted; (6) for the expression “Labour Offi cer” wherever it occur, the expression “Assistant Commissioner of Labour” shall be substituted; (7) for the expression “Inspectors of Labour” wherever it occur, the expression “Assistant Commissioners of Labour (Enforcement)” shall be substituted; (8) for the expression “Inspector of Labour” wherever it occur, the expression “Assistant Commissioner of Labour (Enforcement)” shall be substituted; (9) for the expression “Inspectors of Plantations”, wherever it occur, the expression “Assistant Commissioners of Labour (Plantation)” shall be substituted; (10) for the expression “Inspector of Plantations”, wherever it occur, the expression “Assistant Commissioner of Labour (Plantation)” shall be substituted; (11) for the expression “Inspectress of Labour”, wherever it occur, the expression “Assistant Commissioner of Labour (Women Welfare)” shall be substituted; MANGAT RAM SHARMA, Principal Secretary to Government.
