S.O. 4239(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (37A) of Section 2 of the Railways Act, 1989
the Central Government hereby notifies "Road Over Bridge in lieu of LC No. 18/JB between Jankampet and Bodhan
Stations in Jankampet - Bodhan section of Hyderabad Division over South Central Railway" as a Special Railway
Project for acquisition of land in the State of Telangana in the District of Nizamabad for providing National
Infrastructure for a public purpose with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
