From the Director of Animal Husbandry Letter Roc.No.9017/FI/FI/2010, dated 03-09-2011 4. G. O. Rt.No.636, Finance (Expr.AHFFCS&E) Department, dated: 24-02-2012 <>0<> ORDER: In the letter third read above, the Director of Animal Husbandry has stated that an amount of Rs.5834.02 lakhs has been provided under Normal State Plan Schemes in Budget Estimates 2011-12. The Department leads to continue implementation of various schemes/programmes under Normal State Plan for the welfare of livestock farmers in the State. The on-going programmes have been planned keeping in view the priorities of the Government and to operationalize the mandate of the Department. The schemes implemented by the Department cover a gamut of activities such as providing preventive and curative health care of livestock, providing veterinary services in the remote and backward areas, increasing the coverage of breeding operations, creating infrastructure facilities in order to provide quality livestock services, generating livelihood opportunities to the weaker sections of the society through implementation of Beneficiary oriented programmes under Chief Minister’s Special Package, Pavala vaddi schemes etc. In order for successful implementation of the said schemes during the year 2011-12, the Director of Animal Husbandry has requested the Government to release funds for the 3rd quarter under Normal State Plan. 2. After careful examination of the proposal of the Director of Animal Husbandry and in pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued in the G.O. 4th read above, Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs. 943.47 lakhs (Rupees Nine Crores Forty Three Lakhs and Forty Seven Thousand only) to the Director of Animal Husbandry, Hyderabad being 25% (3rd Quarter ) of the Budget Estimates Provision 2011- 2012 under the Heads of Account ( Normal State Plan) as specified in the G.O 4th read above for implementation of various Schemes / Programmes under Normal State Plan for the welfare of livestock farmers in the State [ 3. This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance (Exp.AH&F) Department vide their U.O.No.2752/11/A1/Exp.AHFFCS & E /11 dated: 24-02-2012 4.
