From the Director of Animal Husbandry Letters Roc.No.25668/FI/F3/2010 Dated: 05-12-2011 , 02-01-2012 5.G.O.Rt.No.499 Finance (Expr.AHFFCS&E) Department dated 14-02-2012 ORDER:- In the letter first read above, the Government of India have revalidated the unspent amount of Rs.1175.20 Lakhs (i.eRs.525.00 Lakhs towards cost of vaccine + Rs.650.20 lakhs towards the cost of vaccination) which was actually released during the year 2010-11 for implementation of the Centrally Sponsored Scheme “National Control Programme on Peste Des Petits Ruminants (NCPPR), a component of the Livestock Health and Disease Control (LH&DC) for the current financial year 2011-12 2 In the letter fourth read above, the Director of Animal Husbandry has in formed that in order to Implement the Scheme an amount of Rs. 1103.85 Lakhs is provided in B.E.2011-12 against Govt have issued BRO & Administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.650.20 for Vaccination Logistics vide G.Os 2nd & 3rd read above and further informed that Sheep & Goat were protected against PPR in the State during the year 2010-11.and as a result of which , the number of Out Break Reports have come down drastically during the year 2011 and because of which , the interests of the shepherds were protected and the economic losses on account of morbidity and mortality due to PPR disease could be reduced to a great extent. . Hence, the Director of Animal Husbandry has requested the Government to issue budget release order for Rs.525lakhs ( Rs. 453.65 lakhs by way of Reappropriation amount + Rs.71.35 lakhs as Additional ) in relaxation of Treasury Control and Quarterly regulation orders to meet the expenditure under Centrally Sponsored Schemes “National Control Programme on Pest Des Petitis Ruminants (NCPPPR) during the year 2011-12. 3. After careful examination of the proposal of the Director of Animal Husbandry and in pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued in the G.O. 5th read above, Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.525.00 lakhs ( Rupees five Crores and Twenty Five Lakhs only) ( Rs. 453.65 lakhs by way of Reappropriation amount + Rs.71.35 lakhs as Additional ) to the Director of Animal Husbandry, A.P.
