GOVERNMENT OF ANDHRA PRADESH ABSTRACT Animal Husbandry Department –- Permission to utilize of Rs.63.63 lakhs from the profit funds of the A.P. Sheep & Goat Development Cooperative Federation Ltd. to initiate the training programme to Jeevamitras - Orders- Issued. ANIMAL HUSBANDRY, DAIRY DEVELOPMENT & FISHERIES (AH.III) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No. 104 Dated:2.03.2012 Read the following:- From the Managing Director, A.P.Sheep & Goat Development Cooperative Federation Ltd., Lr.Roc.No.1748/APSGDCFL/SGD/2011-2, dated: 24.12.2011. *** ORDER:- In the reference read above, the Managing Director, A.P. Sheep & Goat Development Cooperative Federation has reported that it was proposed to take up the training of Jeevamitras. During the meeting with the Principal Secretaries / HODs of the concerned Departments, it was agreed that the S.C., B.C., S.T. Corporations will be associated in training programmes and resources for training. 2. The Managing Director, A.P.Sheep & Goat Development Cooperative Federation has further informed that, a workshop has been organized on 26.07.2011 to workout the modalities, curriculum and cost of training of Jeevamitra etc. the workshop has recommended 45 days training (15 days class room + 30 days field training) and the cost training worked out Rs.2,54,52,000/- to train 2135 nos. of Jeevemitras. He has also informed that the proposal of training and induction of Jeevamitras and cost of the training (1/4th amount ) was placed in the 22nd Board Meeting and also in the subsequent 11th General Body Meeting held on 23.11.2011 for approval. The required curriculum for the training along with Extension kit also being prepared by the SMILDA. The Board and General Body has accorded permission to the Managing Director to utilizes the funds of Federation for Rs.63.63 lakhs subject to approval of the Government. He has therefore, requested the Government to accord permission to the Managing Director, A.P.Sheep & Goat Development Cooperative Federation for utilization of Rs.63.63 lakhs from the funds of the Federation to initiate the training programme to the selected candidates by the District Unions at the Animal Husbandry Department Level Training Institutions / other suitable places in the State. 3. After careful examination of the proposal, Government hereby accord permission to the Managing Director, A.P.Sheep & Goat Development Cooperative Federation for utilization of Rs.63.63 lakhs ( Rupees Sixty three lakhs and sixty three thousand only ) from the funds of the Federation to initiate the training programme to the selected Jeevamitras by the District Unions at the Animal Husbandry Department Level Training Institutions / other suitable places in the State.
