Sanction is hereby accorded for incurring an expenditure of Rs.1600/- (Rupees One
thousand six hundred only) towards washing charges for the months from November to
February 2012 by Sri K. Ravindar, Dhobi, (Washer man), Hyderabad.
2. The amount sanctioned in para one above shall be debited to the following head of
account “3451-Sectt.Economic Services – M.H.090-Secretariat – S.H.19- AH DD & F
Department – 130 – Office Expenses – 132 – Other Office Expenses”.
3. The AHDD & F (OP) Claims Department shall draw the above amount sanctioned in
para (1) above shall be credited to the Bank account No. 25680100000319, Bank of Baroda,
Adarshnagar Branch IFSCH CODE BARB 0 ADA HYD., MICR CODE : 500012016 of Sri
K.Ravindar Kumar, Hyderabad.

4. This order does not require the concurrence of the Finance & Planning (FW)
Department under the rules on the subject.
